Abstract

The work that intends has as objective to deepen theoretical and methodologically about the development of the pedagogic professional identity. Different methods like the observation were used, the participant observation, the analysis of documents, the interview in depth that you/they allowed to carry out theoretical contrastaciones and analysis of data for the solution of the problem for the achievement of a successful local development because the existence of pedagogic lacks in relation to the professional orientation of the students should be assisted in an integrated way and from systemic bonds from the academic, labor, investigative components and extensionista guided to value the teacher.
