Abstract

The present work approaches a pedagogic strategy that contributes from the school or educational units the methodological educational preparation of the teachers that you/they study the degree in the different careers of the infantile education of the municipality Nicety Perez Garcia. In the same one methods and instruments were used that facilitated to reveal the deficiencies that you suction in this matter and to propose actions that propitiate the appropriate solution to the pedagogic process that transforms the activation of the beginner teachers in the order of their preparation in correspondence with Cuban professional's pattern.The pedagogic strategy provides in great measure the achievement of the objective wanted, the integral formation of the new professionals of the education.
