Compatibilization of strategic objectives and quality patterns in the university of medical sciences of Guantanamo

Abstract

University quality management raises the need for a new university based on the principles of excellence, quality and relevance, which implies that Higher Medical Education must be improved in accordance with the external demands of the society to which it corresponds. In this endeavor, it is necessary to establish an adequate link between the strategic objectives of the universities and the quality standards of the Evaluation and Accreditation System.
