Explicit knowledge in the editorials of a scientific journal

Abstract

The article contains a compilation of editorials published by the UCE Sciences magazine of the Central University of the East in the Dominican Republic, which enunciates contemporary trends on the incidence of technology and pedagogy in the management of knowledge and projection of higher education of the century XXI. The objective was to synthesize the best practices in an easy-to-use document with updated recommendations that can serve as a reference for the adoption of educational policies and decision-making by academic managers. Specialists with experience in academic and scientific management, who confirmed its importance and validity, valued the result.
