Teacher preparation in Youth and Adult Education: a historical analysis

Abstract

The production and dissemination of knowledge in Youth and Adult Education does not always allow a vision of the periods through which teacher preparation has elapsed; hence, in the article, based on a historical analysis, this is the thematic intention. For this, three stages were determined, which coincide with the improvements made in the Cuban educational system; research methods were used such as: historical and logical, analysis and synthesis, inductive-deductive, among others, which not only allowed us to know the state of teacher preparation in this context, but also its historical evolution
