Hermeneutics as an epistemological foundation in the administrative process.

Abstract

This work is part of the research project "epistemological, axiological and ethical foundations of administration" corresponding to the Department of Preparation and Overcoming of the Tables and Reserves of the University of Granma, where a study of the background, emergence and development is presented of hermeneutics and its application in administration. The objective is to use hermeneutics by managers of the business and public sector in
the administrative process, focusing attention on its content and components, while constituting a tool that facilitates the preparation and improvement of the charts for efficient performance.
