The educative guidance in the Major in Education on Foreign Languages

Abstract

Orientation allows exerting a developing or restoring influence over the essential areas which define the growth of the future professional of education. This way, the group or student´s activity and communication are handled, to facilitate them to assume new roles and links. The article sets out an experience in the foreign languages major on education from Universidad de Oriente. From a coherent educative orientation put into practice by the teaching body, some progress and transformations on the students behaviour were achieved; allowing overcoming some insufficiencies which affect their social, academic and personal performance.
