Psychosocial view to the educational work of the military teacher

Abstract

The hierarchization of the instructional aspects in the integral formation of military students in an educational context where diverse cultures come together imposes the need to enhance the educational work of the military teacher. In this sense, the proposed objective is to elaborate a psychosocial intervention program to prepare teachers from the socioemotional dimension of their educational work in a context of cultural diversity. In this research is privileged the qualitative methodology and the method to use is working with groups, which was implemented through the group of reflection. As a result, is achieved the development of strategic actions in favor of inclusive practices that improve scool coexistence.
