Problems related to the profile of the agricultural engineer where the differential calculation is applied

Abstract

In the teaching of Higher Mathematics for the Agricultural Engineer, problem solving plays a fundamental role, since it allows the interrelation of mathematical contents with the development of their profession. In this sense, problems related to agronomy are proposed, aimed at motivating students and thus improving the teaching-learning process, especially optimization problems, a content of vital importance, which according to the diagnosis made using the different methods In research, these problems are generally treated without direct link with the future profession of the student who is being trained.
