Improvement of the training of political educators in the Cuban context

Abstract

The work argues the development of a Methodology for the training of political educators, with the use of socio-educational networks, in municipal schools of the Communist Party of Cuba. Methods and techniques such as survey, interview, observation, triangulation and case studies were used, with the corresponding analysis of the information. The results show favorable changes in the pedagogical and political performance, as well as their repercussion on the actions of the trainees that denote positive transformations in their performance in the courses and in the community,  in their respective work and political responsibilities.
