The psychopedagogue as manager of local human development: important agent in social transformation

Abstract

Cuban Superior Education, in line with the 2030 Education Agenda, requires the development of human potential, which leads to an effective social transformation for sustainable development. The present work focuses its essence on the training of the psychopedagogist as a manager of local human development, aimed at the renewal of knowledge, attitudes and skills, to intervene in the solution of social conflicts, from the achievement of a coherent performance as a social mediator.
Methods such as document analysis, observation, structural systemic and expert criteria are used. The application of these methods shows a higher quality of the graduate and social transformation.
