Actions for the development of virtual postgraduate education

Abstract

In the present work, a set of actions are identified to contribute to the development of postgraduate virtual education at the University of Informatics Sciences. Using the SWOT Matrix and the Ishikawa Diagram, the endogenous and exogenous environment was evaluated to determine the possible causes that affect the problem and the effect they cause. The proposed actions have an adaptive approach and a flexible, innovative and systemic nature, and are aimed at planning and controlling postgraduate virtual education activity, overcoming the faculty and improving technological conditions.
