Social importance of leadership training in the career of Computer Science Engineering

Abstract

The use of Information and Communication Technologies requires computer engineers in all branches of society. The objective of the work was to develop a pedagogical model for professional leadership training in students of Computer Science Engineering for the development of projects. The social implications analyzed during the research, supported by the needs of the Cuban society, were related to the following. Theoretical and empirical scientific research
methods were used, as well as mathematical-statistical methods. The social impact of the proposal was analyzed.
