University - Government - Science Technology Park integration to manage local development as an innovation ecosystem

Abstract

This work will initiate a research process that allows the University of Informatics Sciences to systematically evaluate the fulfillment of its responsibility to accompany the management of local development in the municipalities; design a comprehensive care strategy for them, supported by the ecosystem of the Havana Technological Science Park (PCTH) as a dynamic entity and using the Balanced Scorecard Tool. It will be supported by the work of the Local Development Research group, supported by the PCTH; to integrate the planned tasks into multidisciplinary projects. It will focus on the validation of the project incubation model.
