6. Diagnosis of the efficiency of the management of administrative resources in the Ombudsman Office of Ucayali

Abstract

Resource efficiency is important in order to meet user needs. The objective of the research was to determine the degree of efficiency of the management of administrative resources in the Office of the Ombudsman of Ucayali. The population was the users who attend the Ombudsman, a sample of 83 users was chosen. A questionnaire was used through the survey. The results indicate that there is dissatisfaction on the part of the service providers, who must take policies to reverse said attitude in the personnel in charge of the attention to the users.
