Abstract

A strategy is designed for the management of knowledge in the productive process of the Entities Informatization Center that integrates science, technology and innovation as a basis for sustainable development. Supported by tools and techniques that evaluate the current situation and future projections, for the development and continuous learning of the members of the organization, and the creation of a favorable environment for the generation, storage, access and transfer of knowledge. Focused on the ability to innovate, value creation, and its insertion in computer processes, products and services, to introduce into social practice.
