13. The regional advisor: work experience in the VII Uige-Cuanza Norte Academic Region in the Republic of Angola

Abstract

This work aims to socialize the work experiences of the author as an advisor in the Republic of Angola for two years and provide some recommendations to improve the previous preparation of employees and in the development of the mission to maintain a system of preparation and control that ensure the quality of service and the prestige of the Cuban Revolution. Theoretical methods (analytical-synthetic, and historical-logical), and empirical methods interviews, surveys and observation) were used for this purpose, which allowed some regularities to arrive.
