14. Software project, its role and social impact on the university's innovative capacity

Abstract

Science and technology are social processes where they have grown; scientific and technological development. In this research, project work was taken as a starting point planning, cost, management, feasibility, evaluation and usefulness of projects. The idea was to highlight an approach to the scientific and technological work, analyzing them as social processes. The scientific strength of the projects was evidenced. The bibliographies consulted and the survey set guidelines for the development of this research. Its objective is to link science and technology as social processes to the work in the projects of the University of Informatics Sciences.
