Abstract

The research develops the multi-stakeholder approach as an institutional instrument in the Municipal University Center in the economic, environmental and socio-cultural dimensions to contribute to local development, providing a system of indicators for the monitoring and control of the articulation of state, non-state and other actors. through the corresponding legal bodies between the Municipal University Center and potentialities that exist in the municipality, due to the lack of an instrument that integrates the substantive processes with the strategic sectors to contribute to local development, using techniques and methods of different origins, which allow its evaluation and control.
