Proposal of actions for the rational use of the calculator in the Economics career

Abstract

This work addresses a highly topical topic, the use of the calculator in math classes and its relationship with arithmetic calculus. With its use we acquired the logical ability to pose, analyze, reason and solve mathematical problems. In addition, due to the importance that the use of information and communication technology currently reaches, not only in society but also in teaching. For this reason, the teacher of our times needs to be theoreticallypractically prepared for the work and use of ICTs in teaching.
