Abstract

In the postulate shows up a steps system of the formative process in the academic year, that one modeled starting from the state diagnosis present-day of that process and by means of the empiric methods application to a population once was conformed for the 53 principal year professors that they performed once show in the course was said 2018-2019. The professional software was utilized in the data's analysis SPSS 21.0 and AQUAD 7. The study developed from a qualitative position, and contributes a viable alternative to make perfect the formative process in the year professional associations.
