Background of the work experience in the training of mid-level technicians in Mountain Agronomy for local development

Abstract

The study addresses the need to train intermediate technicians in mountain agronomy to promote sustainable local development. Its purpose was to analyze the background and offer a training program tailored to the specific characteristics of the region. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used, including document review and field analysis, to diagnose the educational and productive situation. The results revealed gaps in technical preparation and significant potential for improving agricultural management in mountainous areas. A comprehensive educational model was proposed that fosters skills related to the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources.
