Post pandemic context and perspectives about education in the University of Sonora: A study case

Abstract

COVID 19 affected the education services, in Mexico higher education students struggled through a process of change from the presential, the virtual and the hybrid educational models during the various schoolyears in the University of Sonora. Using a qualitative descriptive methodology for this case study, the objective was to analyze the students’ opinions and experiences in the came back to classes, to understand the challenges they had.   The results expressed students’ concerns about the quality of virtual education and the stressful moments they faced, regards the benefits such as flexibility and comfortability.
