				<title>RESUMEN</title>
				<p>En la actualidad el Sambo deportivo cubano no posee un documento rector que oriente el proceso de preparación, ni sambokas iniciados. Sus competidores y entrenadores provienen del judo y la lucha. Es importante determinar cuáles son las leyes relacionadas entre sí que van a fundamentar el entrenamiento deportivo de este deporte. Se realizó la revisión documental de autores que abordaron sobre estos aspectos desde los precursores hasta la actualidad. Obteniendo nueve principios que permiten organizar el proceso de preparación del sambista. Estos escritores retoman, renombran y modifican el contenido de las leyes y las organizan en diferentes grupos.</p>

			<title>Introducción</title>
			<p>La vigilancia tecnológica (VT)<ext-link ext-link-type="uri" xlink:href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steven_C._Wheelwright">: </ext-link> está constituida por el conjunto de técnicas que buscan organizan de forma sistemática la recolección, análisis y difusión de la explotación de informaciones técnicas útiles para el mantenimiento y el crecimiento de las empresas. Se especializa en prevenir y alertar a los sujetos de cualquier cambio, novedad o innovación ya sea técnica o científica. Teniendo en cuenta que puede cambiar el panorama o hacer ganar o perder una ventaja económica. Este criterio es similar para disimiles autores como: (Jakobiak, 1992; Rouach, 1996; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Ashton &amp; Klavans, 1997</xref>; Wheelwright &amp; Makridakis, 1998; Palop &amp; Vicente J, 1999; La norma <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">AENOR UNE 166000 (2018</xref>) EX. Gestión de la I+D+I, 2006; Porter, 2006; Muñoz et al., 2006; Rey, 2009 y <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B5">Arango et al., 2012</xref>) entre otros.</p>
			<p>Al unísono de la vigilancia tecnológica se fundamentaron otros criterios similares para el procesamiento y análisis de las informaciones como es la inteligencia competitiva (IC) de la cual se comenta también con similitud o unión de criterios entre los autores que: Es un proceso de obtención, análisis, interpretación y difusión de información de los competidores, destinada a la toma de decisiones (Gibbons &amp; Prescott, 1996; La norma <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">AENOR UNE 166006 (2018</xref>) EX. Gestión de la I+D+i:, 2011 y Pérez &amp; Guagliano Cri, 2011) y desarrollar una planeación prospectiva que a su vez permita anticiparse a los cambios dados en el entorno. (Sakona, 2019 y <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B2">Manjarrés &amp; Vanegas, 2020</xref>).</p>
			<p>Impera la necesidad que los sistemas productivos dispongan de procedimientos integrados que otorguen oportunamente no solo la mejor información, tanto interna como externa, sino que les permita tomar decisiones y formular estrategias con un nivel de certidumbre determinado, de modo que puedan mantener o generar ventajas competitivas Autores como (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Ashton &amp; Klavans, 1997</xref>), (Rodríguez, 1999), así como (Vargas &amp; Castellanos, 2005), entre otros, detallan los procesos y actividades involucrados en la vigilancia tecnológica (<xref ref-type="table" rid="t1">Tabla 1</xref>). </p>
			<p>El modelo de <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Ashton &amp; Klavans (1997</xref>) se fundamenta en un proceso de retroalimentación que vuelve a iniciar una vez que el sujeto define una nueva necesidad de información. Por otra parte, Rodríguez (1999) establece un proceso secuencial que va desde la planeación (identificación de las necesidades) hasta la generación de conocimiento. Finalmente, Vargas y Castellanos (2005) plantean un proceso de VT enfocado en el análisis de fuentes documentales como las bases de datos, y lo trasladan a un espacio en el cual el diseño de estrategias conduce necesariamente a generar impactos en distintas áreas del desarrollo tecnológico.</p>

			<p>Para esta investigación se tendrán en cuenta los pasos propuestos por Rodríguez (1999) pues parte de la planeacion, selección y analisis de la informacion para la posterior difusion del contenido y toma de deciosiones a traves de acciones.</p>
			<p>La vigilancia tecnológica o inteligencia competitiva es un proceso que permite el estudio de la competición, los contarios y los escenarios competitivos con el fin de anticiparse para enfrentarse mejor adaptados a las exigencias de la confrontación. En Cuba existen trabajos investigativos que utilizan esta herramienta, con resultados satisfactorios: basados en la competencia como fuente orientadora del proceso, extraen los aspectos o contenidos que se planificarán en la preparación, pero como esta sufre sistemáticos cambios con el fin de mantener la espectacularidad deportiva, resulto el motor impulsor que motivó a los siguientes autores a realizar un estudio prospectivo donde propusieron posibles escenarios futuros hacia dónde dirigir la preparación, entre ellos se destacaron los deportes de combate: (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B4">Gutiérrez et al., 2010</xref>; Sánchez, 2010; Paz, 2010 y <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B8">Gavilán &amp; Copello, 2016</xref>) entre otros.</p>
			<p>Teniendo en cuenta que los deportistas de combates cubanos representan una potencia mundial por los resultados alcanzados en arenas internacionales, seguido de las pasadas actuaciones de los primeros exponentes cubanos en las competiciones de primer nivel de Sambo, además que en la actualidad los entrenadores orientan el proceso de forma empírica solo respaldado en la capacitación que les brinda la asociación, pues no poseen un documento rector que los enfoquen, se hace necesario contar con las orientaciones teóricas precisa de la preparación con vista a superar y mantener los resultados obtenidos.</p>
			<p>El objetivo de esta investigación consiste en la selección de los principios del entrenamiento deportivo para orientar la planificación del proceso de preparación de los competidores de Sambo.</p>
		</sec>
		<sec sec-type="results">
			<title>Desarrollo</title>
			<p>Si en Cuba los sambokas que nos representan poseen experiencia y resultados provenientes del judo y de la lucha que difieren en su preparación y además no se cuenta con una metodología en el Sambo que oriente a los profesores en la planificación del entrenamiento que también provienen de las mismas disciplinas que los atletas, se hace entonces imprescindible estudiar los principios del entrenamiento deportivo que nos permitan orientar la actividad.</p>
			<p>A continuación, se relacionaron aquellos autores más significativos que comentan sobre principios del entrenamiento deportivo y se comprobó que concuerdan en que: son leyes que están estrechamente relacionadas entre sí y rigen o encaminan el proceso de preparación” (Tsvetan, 2001; Weineck 2005; Ibáñez, 2005; Cañadas &amp; García, 2005; Foran, 2007) entre otros (<xref ref-type="table" rid="t2">Tabla 2</xref>)</p>
			<p>Además, han aparecido nuevos principios que reflejan las particularidades del proceso de educación física, incluyendo el del entrenamiento deportivo (Ozolin, 2012) mientras otros autores como (Hadfield, 2004 y Bompa, 2016) proponen una serie de principios específicos para desarrollar la condición física</p>

			<p>Al realizar la vigilancia tecnológica de los autores por año se constató que hay principios con diferentes enunciado e igualdad de contenido</p>
			<p>Algunos ejemplos de algunos de ellos: </p>
			<p>
				<list list-type="order">
					<list-item>
						<p>Principio del nivel de dirección con vistas a logros superiores. (Matviet, 1967) y la periodización por (Manno, 1994)</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Carácter cíclico del proceso del entrenamiento. Por (Matviet, 1967) o de la periodicidad de las cargas de entrenamiento (Weineck, 1994)</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Multilateralidad (Ozolin, 1970) y De la transferencia (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">García et al., 1996</xref>) o Principio de la unidad orgánica entre carga general y carga especial. (Manno, 1994)</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Aumento progresivo y máximo de las cargas (Matveev, 1967) Principio del incremento progresivo de las cargas. (Hanhn, 1987), Principio de la eficacia del estímulo de la carga de entrenamiento, Weineck (1994), Orientación a los máximos esfuerzos (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B9">Platonov, 2001</xref>) o de Sobrecarga (Brian J. Sharkey citado por Martens, 2002), Incremento progresivo de la carga (Bompa, 2021)</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Cambio ondulatorio de las cargas de entrenamiento (Matveev, 1967) o Adaptación sucesiva (Menshikov &amp; Volkov, 1990)</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Reversibilidad de la acción (Menshikov &amp; Volkov, 1990) y recuperación (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">García et al., 1996</xref>)</p>
					</list-item>
				</list>
			</p>
			<p>Resultados </p>
			<p>La revisión bibliográfica de los autores anteriormente analizados sobre este tema permite seleccionar el siguiente grupo de principios para orientar el proceso de planificación de los sambokas cubanos. </p>
			<p>Selección de los principios para la planificación del proceso de entrenamiento de Sambo</p>
			<p>
				<list list-type="order">
					<list-item>
						<p>La continuidad del proceso del entrenamiento El proceso del entrenamiento transcurre a lo largo del año y durante muchos años seguidos, mantiene la orientación al perfeccionamiento en el deporte elegido. La influencia de cada ciclo ulterior se materializa sobre la base de las huellas del anterior o La preparación deportiva es un proceso plurianual e ininterrumpido en el que todos los eslabones están interrelacionados, condicionados mutuamente y sujetos al objetivo que persigue el logro de los máximos resultados posibles. La acción de cada sesión, microciclo, etapa, etc., se basa en los resultados de los anteriores, fortaleciéndolos y desarrollándolos (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B9">Platonov, 2001</xref>)</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>De la periodización Este principio impone la estructuración del proceso de entrenamiento como un sistema de ciclicidad de la carga, alternada y modificada en ciclos periódicos. (Los cambios de contenido del entrenamiento son una condición necesaria para poder alcanzar un nuevo y superior escalón en el desarrollo de los deportistas (Manno, 1994)</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Variedad En la actualidad, el entrenamiento exige a los atletas muchas horas de trabajo. El volumen e intensidad del entrenamiento aumentan cada año y los ejercicios se repiten constantemente. Por tanto, los entrenadores deben tener en cuenta que se debe progresar de movimientos con una gran amplitud articular hacia ejercicios con una amplitud específica del deporte, variar la selección de ejercicios priorizando los de ejecución unilateral y con mancuernas en periodos de adaptación anatómica, cambiar el tipo y velocidad de las contracciones musculares y modificar el método, pasando de ejercicios con el peso corporal, máquinas y mancuernas en las fases de adaptación anatómica e hipertrofia a principalmente ejercicios con barra en fases de fuerza máxima, conversión a fuerza específica y de mantenimiento (Bompa, 2016)</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Individualización: Exige que los ejercicios físicos, su forma, su carácter, intensidad y duración, los métodos de realización y muchos otros aspectos de la preparación que debe realizar el deportista, se seleccionen en correspondencia con el sexo y la edad de los practicantes, del nivel de sus posibilidades funcionales, en la preparación deportiva y su estado de salud, teniendo en cuenta sus peculiaridades del carácter, las cualidades psíquicas para alcanzar un elevado dominio deportivo. (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B6">Bompa &amp; Buzzichelli, 2022</xref>)</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Adaptación sucesiva: Se manifiesta a partir de los diferentes efectos bioquímicos (inmediatos, retardados y acumulativos) provocados en el organismo a causa del entrenamiento (Menshikov &amp; Volkov, 1990)</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Súper compensación: La elección de la carga adecuada con el resultado del volumen e intensidad adecuados. La garantía de la fase de recuperación (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">García et al., 1996</xref>)</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>De la eficacia del estímulo de la carga de entrenamiento: Sobreentiende que la carga de entrenamiento debe sobrepasar un umbral determinado para que haya un aumento de la capacidad de rendimiento, umbral que depende del nivel de entrenamiento del atleta (Weineck, 1994)</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Orientación a los máximos esfuerzos: Las regularidades del deporte expresadas en su principio competitivo, La aspiración a alcanzar unos logros máximos determina en grado considerable todos los aspectos del entrenamiento deportivo: su fin y objetivos, contenido de medios y métodos, estructura de las diferentes formaciones del proceso del entrenamiento (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B9">Platonov, 2001</xref>)</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Recuperación: indica que las personas necesitan un periodo de descanso entre estímulos para darle tiempo al cuerpo a recuperar el equilibrio para que los músculos descansen, adaptarse y obtener los máximos beneficios posibles de entrenamiento físico (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">García et al., 1996</xref>)</p>

				<title>ABSTRACT</title>
				<p>At present, Cuban Sambo sport does not have a guiding document that orients the preparation process, nor a guide to initiated sambokas. Its competitors and coaches come from judo and wrestling. It is important to determine which are the laws related to each other that are going to be the basis of the sports training of this sport. A documentary review of authors who dealt with these aspects, from the precursors to the present was carried out. Obtaining nine principles that allow organizing the preparation process of the sambista. These writers retake, rename and modify the content of the laws and organize them in different groups.</p>

				<title>Introduction</title>
				<p>Technological surveillance (TV) consists of a set of techniques that seek to systematically organize the collection, analysis and dissemination of the exploitation of technical information useful for the maintenance and growth of companies. It specializes in preventing and alerting the subjects of any change, novelty or innovation, whether technical or scientific. Bearing in mind that it can change the panorama or make gain or lose an economic advantage. This criterion is similar for dissimilar authors such as: (Jakobiak, 1992; Rouach, 1996; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Ashton &amp; Klavans, 1997</xref>; Wheelwright &amp; Makridakis, 1998; Palop &amp; Vicente J, 1999; The <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">AENOR standard UNE 166000 (2018</xref>) EX. Gestión de la I+D+I, 2006; Porter, 2006; Muñoz et al., 2006; Rey, 2009 and <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B5">Arango et al., 2012</xref>) among others.</p>
				<p>In unison with technology watch, other similar criteria for the processing and analysis of information, such as competitive intelligence (CI), were also discussed with similarity or union of criteria among the authors: It is a process of obtaining, analyzing, interpreting and disseminating information from competitors, aimed at decision making (Gibbons &amp; Prescott, 1996; The <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">AENOR UNE 166006 (2018</xref>) EX. R&amp;D&amp;I Management:, 2011 and Pérez &amp; Guagliano Cri, 2011) and develop a prospective planning that in turn allows anticipating the changes given in the environment (Sakona, 2019 and <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B2">Manjarrés &amp; Vanegas, 2020</xref>).</p>
				<p>There is a need for productive systems to have integrated procedures that provide not only the best information, both internal and external, but also allow them to make decisions and formulate strategies with a certain level of certainty, so that they can maintain or generate competitive advantages Authors such as (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Ashton &amp; Klavans, 1997</xref>), (Rodríguez, 1999), as well as (Vargas &amp; Castellanos, 2005), among others, detail the processes and activities involved in technology watch (<xref ref-type="table" rid="t3">Table 1</xref>).</p>
				<p>The <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Ashton &amp; Klavans (1997</xref>) model is based on a feedback process that starts again once the subject defines a new information need. On the other hand, Rodriguez (1999) establishes a sequential process that goes from planning (identification of needs) to knowledge generation. Finally, Vargas and Castellanos (2005) propose a VT process focused on the analysis of documentary sources such as databases, and transfer it to a space in which the design of strategies necessarily leads to generating impacts in different areas of technological development.</p>

				</p>
				<p>For this research, the steps proposed by Rodriguez (1999) will be taken into account, since they start with the planning, selection and analysis of information for the subsequent dissemination of content and decision making through actions.</p>
				<p>Technological surveillance or competitive intelligence is a process that allows the study of competition, competitors and competitive scenarios in order to anticipate in order to face better adapted to the demands of the confrontation. In Cuba there are research works that use this tool, with satisfactory results: based on the competition as a guiding source of the process, they extract the aspects or contents that will be planned in the preparation, but as this undergoes systematic changes in order to maintain the sporting spectacularity, it was the driving force that motivated the following authors to conduct a prospective study where they proposed possible future scenarios where to direct the preparation, among them were highlighted combat sports: (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B4">Gutiérrez et al., 2010</xref>; Sánchez, 2010; Paz, 2010 and <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B8">Gavilán &amp; Copello, 2016</xref>) among others.</p>
				<p>Taking into account that Cuban combat athletes represent a world power due to the results achieved in international arenas, followed by the past performances of the first Cuban exponents in top level Sambo competitions, in addition to the fact that currently coaches guide the process empirically only supported by the training provided by the association, since they do not have a guiding document that focuses them, it is necessary to have the precise theoretical orientations of the preparation with a view to overcome and maintain the results obtained.</p>
				<p>The objective of this research is the selection of the principles of sports training to guide the planning of the preparation process of Sambo competitors.</p>
			</sec>
			<sec sec-type="results">
				<title>Development</title>
				<p>If in Cuba the sambokas who represent us have experience and results coming from judo and wrestling that differ in their preparation and also there is no methodology in Sambo to guide teachers in the planning of training that also come from the same disciplines as the athletes, it is then essential to study the principles of sports training that allow us to guide the activity.</p>
				<p>Next, the most significant authors who comment on the principles of sports training were listed and it was found that they agree that: they are laws that are closely related to each other and govern or guide the preparation process (Tsvetan, 2001; Weineck 2005; Ibáñez, 2005; Cañadas &amp; García, 2005; Foran, 2007), among others. (<xref ref-type="table" rid="t4">Table 2</xref>)</p>
				<p>In addition, new principles have appeared that reflect the particularities of the physical education process, including that of sports training (Ozolin, 2012) while other authors such as (Hadfield, 2004 and Bompa, 2016) propose a series of specific principles to develop physical fitness</p>

				<p>When carrying out the technological watch of the authors by year, it was found that there are principles with different wording and equal content.</p>
				<p>Some examples of some of them:</p>
				<p>
					<list list-type="order">
						<list-item>
							<p>Principle of the level of direction with a view to higher achievements (Matviet, 1967) and the periodization by (Manno, 1994).</p>

							<p>Cyclical character of the training process. By (Matviet, 1967) or periodicity of training loads (Weineck, 1994).</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Multilaterality (Ozolin, 1970) and Transfer (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">García et al., 1996</xref>) or Principle of organic unity between general load and special load (Manno, 1994).</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Progressive and maximum increase of the loads (Matveev, 1967) Principle of progressive increase of the loads (Hanhn, 1987), Principle of the effectiveness of the stimulus of the training load, Weineck (1994), Orientation to the maximum efforts (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B9">Platonov, 2001</xref>) or Overload (Brian J. Sharkey cited by Martens, 2002), Progressive increase of the load (Bompa, 2021).</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Wave-like change of training loads (Matveev, 1967) or Successive adaptation (Menshikov &amp; Volkov, 1990).</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Reversibility of action (Menshikov &amp; Volkov, 1990) and recovery (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">García et al., 1996</xref>).</p>
						</list-item>
					</list>
				</p>
				<p>Results</p>
				<p>The bibliographic review of the authors previously analyzed on this topic allows selecting the following group of principles to guide the planning process of Cuban sambokas.</p>
				<p>Selection of principles for the planning of the Sambo training process</p>
				<p>
					<list list-type="order">
						<list-item>
							<p>Continuity of the training process the training process runs throughout the year and for many years in a row, maintains the orientation to the improvement in the chosen sport. The influence of each subsequent cycle materializes on the basis of the traces of the previous one of the sport preparation is a multi-year and uninterrupted process in which all the links are interrelated, mutually conditioned and subject to the objective that pursues the achievement of the maximum possible results. The action of each session, microcycle, stage, etc., is based on the results of the previous ones, strengthening and developing them (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B9">Platonov, 2001</xref>).</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Periodization This principle imposes the structuring of the training process as a system of load cyclicity, alternated and modified in periodic cycles (changes in training content are a necessary condition to reach a new and higher step in the development of athletes (Manno, 1994).</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Variety Nowadays, training demands many hours of work from athletes. The volume and intensity of training increases every year and exercises are constantly repeated. Therefore, coaches must keep in mind to progress from movements with a large joint amplitude towards exercises with a sport-specific amplitude, vary the selection of exercises prioritizing those of unilateral execution and with dumbbells in periods of anatomical adaptation, change the type and speed of muscle contractions and modify the method, moving from exercises with body weight, machines and dumbbells in the phases of anatomical adaptation and hypertrophy to mainly barbell exercises in phases of maximum strength, conversion to specific strength and maintenance (Bompa, 2016)</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Individualization: It requires that the physical exercises, their form, their character, intensity and duration, the methods of realization and many other aspects of the preparation to be performed by the athlete, are selected in correspondence with the sex and age of the practitioners, of the level of their functional possibilities, in sports preparation and their state of health, taking into account their peculiarities of character, psychic qualities to achieve a high sporting proficiency. (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B6">Bompa &amp; Buzzichelli, 2022</xref>)</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Successive adaptation: It is manifested from the different biochemical effects (immediate, delayed and cumulative) provoked in the organism because of the training (Menshikov &amp; Volkov, 1990).</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Super compensation: The choice of the right load with the result of the right volume and intensity. The guarantee of the recovery phase (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">García et al., 1996</xref>).</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Effectiveness of the training load stimulus: It is understood that the training load must exceed a certain threshold for there to be an increase in performance capacity, a threshold that depends on the level of training of the athlete (Weineck, 1994).</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Orientation to maximum efforts: The regularities of sport expressed in its competitive principle, the aspiration to reach maximum achievements determines to a considerable degree all aspects of sports training: its aim and objectives, content of means and methods, structure of the different formations of the training process (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B9">Platonov, 2001</xref>).</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Recovery: indicates that people need a period of rest between stimuli to give the body time to recover its balance so that the muscles can rest, adapt and obtain the maximum possible benefits from physical training (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">García et al., 1996</xref>).</p>
