				<title>RESUMEN</title>

			<title>Introducción</title>
			<p>Los individuos han mantenido una responsabilidad para su sociedad, desde la antigüedad, la cual ha ido cambiando en su evolución, a través de la historia en las diferentes formaciones económicas sociales.</p>
			<p>En la actualidad, la educación no escolarizada que se inicia en la familia, como célula básica de la sociedad, juega un papel primordial en la vida, mientras que, la educación escolarizada que se desarrolla en las instituciones educativas, los profesores juegan un papel esencial en la responsabilidad social de los estudiantes en el proceso de formación, relacionado con la educación en los valores éticos, humanos, morales; las normas de conducta; la disciplina; el respeto a los demás; entre otros.</p>
			<p>Con lo planteado anteriormente, se pretende evidenciar una serie de argumentaciones y reflexiones acerca de la responsabilidad social desde el ámbito docente educativo en la formación continua del profesional para el desarrollo local que propicie un mejor desarrollo de las exigencias sociales, como respuesta al encargo social de la universidad. Así revelo mi punto de vista para promover la responsabilidad social desde la labor docente educativa de los profesores.</p>
			<p>La motivación que me impulsa es que, la sociedad actual exige cada vez más, pues necesita mayor eficiencia de la labor docente educativa por parte de los profesores de conjunto con la familia en la formación y desarrollo de la responsabilidad social individual y colectiva en niños, adolescentes y jóvenes, tanto dentro como fuera de las instituciones educativas, en el caso que nos ocupa, la responsabilidad social de la universidad y su compromiso con el desarrollo local. </p>
		</sec>
		<sec>
			<title>Desarrollo</title>
			<p>Tratamos en sentido general, dos aspectos de los múltiples que trata la responsabilidad social en su relación con el proceso formativo, como respuesta al encargo social y compromiso de la institución educativa con la sociedad, lo cual actúa como herramienta metodológica en la formación continua de las actuales y futuras generaciones de profesionales para el desarrollo local.</p>
			<p>Un primer aspecto es el
 concepto de responsabilidad social
 , planteado por varios autores, tales como: <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">Pérez y Merino (2014</xref>) la enciclopedia Wikipedia, en el cual coinciden en que:</p>
			<p>
				<list list-type="bullet">
					<list-item>
						<p>Se refiere a la obligación o a la carga que tiene un integrante de la sociedad respecto a otros miembros o al grupo en su conjunto. Pues, la responsabilidad social es individual y colectiva, el impacto de la actuación de un individuo o de un grupo tiene consecuencias, ya sean positivas o negativas, y que el sujeto o el grupo debe hacerse cargo de ellas. Por tanto, está muy relacionado con la educación en valores humanos que deben formar y desarrollar los profesores en su labor educativa junto al papel que debe jugar las familias, las entidades laborales y la sociedad en general, comprometidos con el desarrollo local. </p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>No está vinculada a la legislación, en cambio, está asociada a cuestiones éticas y morales que no constituyen necesariamente un delito. Por lo que, en el proceso de formación que desarrollan las instituciones educativas, en este caso las universidades, se tratan valores éticos morales asociados al comportamiento, las normas de conducta, los valores humanos, la ética de la profesión que se forman y refuerzan en el vínculo universidad-empresa, desde la formación inicial y la continua del profesional para el desarrollo local.</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Es la teoría ética o ideológica de que una entidad o individuo tiene una responsabilidad hacia la sociedad. Por ello responde al encargo social de la institución educativa, en que la universidad, como entidad formadora principal de las actuales y futuras generaciones de profesionales tiene el compromiso de que sean útiles en su contexto social por el bien individual y común, tengan responsabilidad para su sociedad, lo que implica su contribución al desarrollo local y del país. </p>
					</list-item>
				</list>
			</p>
			<p>Por otra parte, existen diferentes percepciones de establecer mecanismos de responsabilidad social, lo que constituyen nuevas propuestas acerca de las implicaciones institucionales del concepto en los que se coincide con <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B2">Vélez-Romer &amp; Cano-Lara (2016</xref>), entre las cuales son las referentes a:</p>
			<p>
				<list list-type="bullet">
					<list-item>
						<p>Responsabilidad social corporativa. Está ligada a los aspectos medioambientales o sociales que componen una empresa.</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Responsabilidad social empresarial. Está dada en la gestión ética, transparente y legal por parte de las empresas u organizaciones con el fin de disminuir los impactos negativos del medio ambiente y la sociedad.</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Responsabilidad social ambiental. Se refiere a los diferentes programas o planificaciones que adopta la empresa para preservar o salvaguardar la naturaleza en conjunto y a las futuras generaciones.</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Responsabilidad social universitaria.</p>
					</list-item>
				</list>
			</p>
			<p>Por lo que, un segundo aspecto a tratar es la
 responsabilidad social universitaria
			<p>Segundo, comprometidos en su desempeño profesional para el desarrollo del país y de la localidad, como formador de las actuales y futuras generaciones, ya sea durante la práctica preprofesional en su formación inicial, como en su formación continua en su vida laboral. </p>
			<p>De ahí que, el proceso formativo que se desarrolla, tanto en la universidad, como en las demás instituciones educativas de los otros niveles educativos, responde a las exigencias sociales, a la educación en valores humanos, éticos, muy ligado a la responsabilidad social, en lo individual y colectivo. </p>
			<p>Es por ello que, los docentes universitarios, como los que se encuentran en formación y los que están en el ejercicio de la profesión (formación continua) tenemos la obligación de conocer, profundizar sobre la responsabilidad social y aplicarla dentro y fuera de la institución educativa, como parte del compromiso social para el desarrollo local y del país. Es el mismo compromiso con la responsabilidad social de los demás profesionales de las carreras universitarias no pedagógicas en su desempeño laboral. </p>
			<p>Son varias las formas para desarrollar la responsabilidad social desde el proceso de formación inicial a la continua del profesional para el desarrollo local, tales como:</p>
			<p>
				<list list-type="bullet">
					<list-item>
						<p>Los docentes debemos tener presente dentro de las primeras actividades de las clases, la preparación de los estudiantes para tratar el contenido de enseñanza con un sentido social para la vida, lo que depende en gran medida de la creatividad e iniciativa de los docentes, según las características de los estudiantes para lo que pueden utilizar: videos, imágenes, música o situaciones reflexivas vinculadas con las experiencias de los estudiantes en su objeto de profesión y de la comunidad donde viven, como estrategias. Con esto, se estimulan los sentidos y se aprende de modo integral.</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Utilizar problemas de la vida de los estudiantes relacionada con la profesión, presentar problemas profesionales que los emocionen y lo vean interesante en el proceso formativo relacionados con el contenido de enseñanza y el contexto social de la vida de los estudiantes, teniendo presentes sus características y desempeño hace que les resulte interesante, pues comprenden para qué le sirve lo aprendido, les es significativo y al mismo tiempo se motivan a seguir aprendiendo. </p>
					</list-item>
				</list>
			</p>
			<p>En este caso, el tratamiento a los problemas medioambientales es un eje transversal en el proceso formativo que requiere tratamiento en el proceso docente educativo, como parte de la responsabilidad social ambiental. </p>
			<p>Introducir incongruencias, usar la contradicción, novedad, sorpresa. Los docentes debemos aprovechar las potencialidades del contenido de enseñanza y su vinculación con el contexto social, tener presente las características de los estudiantes y los medios o recursos disponibles para plantearles contradicciones entre lo aprendido y lo que van a aprender, entre lo conocido y lo desconocido, de modo que se pueda crear en ellos una situación psíquica de conflicto cognitivo significativa que les provoque emociones, motivaciones e inquietudes por la búsqueda de posibles soluciones.</p>
			<p>Las contradicciones que se utilicen no deben estar ni por encima ni por debajo del nivel de conocimientos y habilidades profesionales de los estudiantes, de modo que con los conocimientos que poseen y otros que adquieran en el propio proceso, puedan realizar el trabajo de búsqueda de la información, análisis, razonamientos y darle soluciones, logrando el éxito deseado para que continúen motivados a seguir aprendiendo.</p>
			<p>Pues, los profesionales egresados universitarios de las diferentes carreras, ya sean pedagógicas o no pedagógicas con la responsabilidad social obtenida en su formación inicial, son capaces de demostrarla en su desempeño laboral durante su formación continua en la calidad y soluciones a los problemas profesionales en que se enfrenten, tanto en la prestación de los servicios como en la producción de bienes materiales, así aportan su significativa contribución al desarrollo local y del país.</p>
		</sec>
		<sec sec-type="conclusions">
			<title>Conclusiones</title>
			<p>Los análisis que se han presentado sobre elementos fundamentales del concepto de responsabilidad social, planteado por varios autores y la responsabilidad social universitaria, orientada no solo a formar excelentes y reconocidos profesionales, sino individuos comprometidos con el desarrollo del país y de la comunidad para mejorar del proceso formativo, en función del encargo social de la universidad en sus vínculos con las entidades laborales en la formación inicial y continua del profesional.</p>
			<p>Las reflexiones realizadas pueden ser consideradas por los docentes en la búsqueda de estrategias metodológicas, modo de actuación en la responsabilidad social para influir en el cumplimiento de las exigencias sociales, a partir del contexto social y su vinculación con el proceso de formación.</p>

				<title>ABSTRACT</title>
				<p>This essay aims to promote social responsibility in the continuous training of professionals for local development, as a contribution of education to the integral formation of current and future generations, as well as in the educational work developed by practicing teachers and students of pedagogical careers, since they are responsible for contributing to the design of the social model based on the ethical principles of the socialist society for local development and the country. Theoretical and empirical research methods were used, as analytical-synthetic in the systematization of the main foundations that support this work.</p>

				<title>Introduction</title>
				<p>The human being as a social being by necessity must relate to others and for this he must comply with a series of rules of behavior, depending on the place and time in which he is; these obligations that each individual must fulfill with others, are called social responsibilities.</p>
				<p>Individuals have maintained a responsibility for their society since ancient times, which has been changing in its evolution throughout history in the different social economic formations.</p>
				<p>At present, the non-school education that begins in the family, as the basic cell of society, plays a primordial role in life, while, the school education that develops in educational institutions, teachers play an essential role in the social responsibility of students in the training process, related to education in ethical, human, moral values; standards of conduct; discipline; respect for others; among others.</p>
				<p>With the above, it is intended to show a series of arguments and reflections about social responsibility from the educational teaching field in the continuing education of the professional for local development that favors a better development of social demands, as a response to the social responsibility of the university. Thus I reveal my point of view to promote social responsibility from the educational teaching work of professors.</p>
				<p>The motivation that drives me is that today's society demands more and more, because it needs greater efficiency of the educational teaching work by teachers together with the family in the formation and development of individual and collective social responsibility in children, adolescents and young people, both inside and outside the educational institutions, in the case at hand, the social responsibility of the university and its commitment to local development.</p>
			</sec>
			<sec sec-type="results">
				<title>Development</title>
				<p>In a general sense, we deal with two of the many aspects of social responsibility in relation to the training process, as a response to the social responsibility and commitment of the educational institution to society, which acts as a methodological tool in the continuous training of current and future generations of professionals for local development.</p>
				<p>A first aspect is the
 concept of social responsibility
 , raised by several authors, such as: <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">Perez and Merino (2014</xref>) the Wikipedia encyclopedia, in which they agree that:</p>
				<p>
					<list list-type="bullet">
						<list-item>
							<p>Refers to the obligation or burden that a member of society has towards other members or the group as a whole. For, social responsibility is individual and collective, the impact of the actions of an individual or a group has consequences, whether positive or negative, and that the subject or group must take responsibility for them. Therefore, it is closely related to the education in human values that teachers must train and develop in their educational work together with the role that families, labor entities and society in general, committed to local development, must play.</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>It is not linked to legislation; instead, it is associated with ethical and moral issues that do not necessarily constitute a crime. Therefore, in the training process developed by educational institutions, in this case universities, moral ethical values associated with behavior, standards of conduct, human values, ethics of the profession that are formed and reinforced in the university-business link, from the initial and continuous training of the professional for local development.</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>It is the ethical or ideological theory that an entity or individual has a responsibility towards society. Therefore, it responds to the social responsibility of the educational institution, in which the university, as the main training entity of current and future generations of professionals, has the commitment to make them useful in their social context for the individual and common good, to have responsibility for their society, which implies their contribution to local and national development.</p>
						</list-item>
					</list>
				</p>
				<p>On the other hand, there are different perceptions of establishing social responsibility mechanisms, which constitute new proposals about the institutional implications of the concept in which we agree with <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B2">Vélez-Romer &amp; Cano-Lara (2016</xref>), among which are those referring to:</p>
				<p>Corporate social responsibility. It is linked to the environmental or social aspects that make up a company.</p>
				<p>Corporate social responsibility. It is given in the ethical, transparent and legal management by companies or organizations in order to reduce the negative impacts on the environment and society.</p>
				<p>Environmental social responsibility. It refers to the different programs or plans adopted by the company to preserve or safeguard nature as a whole and future generations.</p>
				<p>University social responsibility.</p>
				<p>Therefore, a second aspect to be addressed is
 university social responsibility
 , since the university not only aims to train excellent and recognized professionals, but also individuals committed to local and national development.</p>
				<p>In university teaching careers, university social responsibility plays a fundamental role of double social commitment:</p>
				<p>First, in the formation of excellent and recognized education professionals, both cognitively and altitudinally, integrally.</p>
				<p>Second, committed in their professional performance for the development of the country and the locality, as a trainer of current and future generations, either during the pre-professional practice in their initial training, as well as in their continuing education in their working life.</p>
				<p>Hence, the formative process that is developed, both in the university and in other educational institutions at other educational levels, responds to social demands, to education in human and ethical values, closely linked to social responsibility, both individually and collectively.</p>
				<p>That is why, university teachers, as well as those in training and those who are in the exercise of the profession (continuous training) have the obligation to know, deepen on social responsibility and apply it inside and outside the educational institution, as part of the social commitment to local and national development. It is the same commitment to social responsibility of other professionals in non-pedagogical university careers in their work performance.</p>
				<p>There are several ways to develop social responsibility from the initial training process to the continuing education of the professional for local development, such as:</p>
				<p>
					<list list-type="bullet">
						<list-item>
							<p>As teachers, we must keep in mind within the first activities of the classes, the preparation of the students to deal with the teaching content with a social sense for life, which depends largely on the creativity and initiative of the teachers, according to the characteristics of the students for which they can use: videos, images, music or reflective situations linked to the experiences of the students in their object of profession and the community where they live, as strategies. With this, the senses are stimulated and learning takes place in an integral way.</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Use problems of the students' life related to the profession, present professional problems that excite them and make them see it interesting in the formative process related to the teaching content and the social context of the students' life, bearing in mind their characteristics and performance, making it interesting for them, because they understand what the learning is for, it is meaningful to them and at the same time they are motivated to continue learning.</p>
						</list-item>
					</list>
				</p>
				<p>In this case, the treatment of environmental problems is a transversal axis in the training process that requires treatment in the educational teaching process, as part of environmental social responsibility.</p>
				<p>Introduce incongruities, use contradiction, novelty, surprise. Teachers must take advantage of the potential of the teaching content and its link with the social context, keeping in mind the characteristics of the students and the means or resources available to present them with contradictions between what they have learned and what they are going to learn, between what is known and what is unknown, so that a psychic situation of significant cognitive conflict can be created in them, provoking emotions, motivation and concern for the search of possible solutions.</p>
				<p>The contradictions used should be neither above nor below the level of knowledge and professional skills of the students, so that with the knowledge they possess and others they acquire in the process itself, they can perform the work of searching for information, analysis, reasoning and giving solutions, achieving the desired success so that they continue to be motivated to continue learning.</p>
				<p>Therefore, university graduates from different careers, whether pedagogical or non-pedagogical, with the social responsibility obtained in their initial training, are able to demonstrate it in their work performance during their continuous training in the quality and solutions to professional problems they face, both in the provision of services and in the production of material goods, thus making a significant contribution to local and national development.</p>
			</sec>
			<sec sec-type="conclusions">
				<title>Conclusions</title>
				<p>The analyses that have been presented on fundamental elements of the concept of social responsibility, raised by several authors and the university social responsibility, oriented not only to form excellent and recognized professionals, but also individuals committed to the development of the country and the community to improve the formative process, in function of the social task of the university in its links with the labor entities in the initial and continuous formation of the professional.</p>
				<p>The reflections made can be considered by teachers in the search for methodological strategies, mode of action in social responsibility to influence the fulfillment of social demands, from the social context and its link with the training process.</p>
