			<title>Introducción</title>
			<p>En la actualidad se manifiesta una preocupación creciente por la conservación del medio ambiente, es por ello quediversos autores han incursionados en temas relacionados con los problemas ambientales, entre los que se encuentran los trabajos de <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B10">Valdés (1995</xref>); <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">Novo (1996</xref>); <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B5">McPherson (2004</xref>); <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B2">Bosque (2005</xref>); <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B6">Merino (2007</xref>) y otros. </p>
			<p>Por la importancia de la gestión ambiental constituye uno de los temas que requiere ser investigado debido a la necesidad de proteger el medio ambiente en su aplicación de la política ambiental cubana establecida mediante un enfoque multidisciplinario, teniendo en cuenta el acervo cultural, la experiencia acumulada y la participación ciudadana.</p>
			<p>Autores como <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B8">Roberts y Robinson (1999</xref>); <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B9">Rodríguez (2000</xref>); <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B4">García (2008</xref>) y <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">Bolsan y Pol (2009</xref>) la consideran como el conjunto de actividades, mecanismos, acciones e instrumentos dirigidos a garantizar la administración y uso racional de los recursos naturales mediante la conservación, mejoramiento, control y monitoreo de la actividad del hombre.</p>
			<p>Para el logro de lo anteriormente planteado urge la necesidad de elevar cualitativamente la preparación de profesores en los niveles de ayuda, porque las ayudas didácticas constituyen acciones estratégicas que posibilitan el perfeccionamiento de la práctica docente, mediante el aprovechamiento de las potencialidades educativas del contenido de las clases para el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de Gestión ambiental, de manera que se coadyuve a la toma de decisiones de los estudiantes en la solución de los problemas ambientales en su práctica social.</p>
			<p>En correspondencia con las ideas anteriores se plantea como objetivo, ofrecer niveles de ayuda para la gestión ambiental en la carrera Licenciatura en Cultura Física, de modo que se favorezca la preparación didáctico-metodológica de los profesores para el logro de dicho objetivo.</p>

			<title>Desarrollo</title>
			<p>En el desarrollo de la investigación fueron aplicados métodos teóricos como el histórico-lógico, en el estudio de la orientación hacia la gestión ambiental, así como en la sistematización de los referentes teóricos relacionados con el problema investigado; el analítico-sintético en el proceso de revisión bibliográfica con el objetivo de analizar y extraer, de forma sintética, los fundamentos teóricos a tener en cuenta en la orientación didáctica para los niveles de ayuda en el proceso de gestión ambiental de la carrera Licenciatura en Cultura Física. </p>
			<p>La modelación, facilitó la confección del Manual hacia la orientación de la gestión ambiental, para su aplicación en la carrera Cultura Física.</p>
			<p>Orientación hacia la Gestión ambiental</p>
			<p>La orientación didáctica se define por <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Cisneros (2005</xref>) como: </p>
			<disp-quote>
				<p>Proceso y categoría de la didáctica de la lengua. Fundamenta que es un proceso concomitante a la formación profesional, no solo por su relación, sino por su intención. Se estructura con ayudas que constituyen su centro, un procedimiento de intervención y la forma de docencia con intenciones formativas, entre los últimos se realza una relación. (p. 43)</p>
			</disp-quote>
			<p>Según la autora antes mencionada, en el ámbito de la formación, es entendida como -representación pedagógico-instructiva, portadora de un paradigma filosófico y psicológico, que abarca al formador y al formado en una postura didáctica humanista, en la que se significa, desde los niveles de ayuda práctico cognoscitivo; práctico valorativo y práctico transformador. En este orden, las ayudas, que constituyen su centro, establecen relaciones con otros componentes utilizados con intenciones formativas y que se proponen en la estructura de la orientación didáctica.</p>
			<p>En esta investigación se consideran, los niveles de ayuda, planteados por <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Cisneros (2005</xref>) los que: “(…) constituyen ayudas didácticas basadas en técnicas de análisis, un complejo didáctico y un sistema de orientación didáctica de perspectiva profesional” (p. 43).</p>
			<p>Ellas se contextualizan en correspondencia con las exigencias didácticas y metodológicas de la preparación de profesores para la gestión ambiental en la carrera Licenciatura en Cultura Física. Están en dependencia de las situaciones de ayuda diferenciadas en las orientaciones, como proceso sistemático y dinámico de estimulación del aprendizaje personalizado de los profesores, en las que se descubren y reconocen las necesidades de ayuda, que este requiere en un momento determinado, para que pueda realizar, con éxito, la gestión ambiental.</p>
			<p>El fin de la orientación hacia la gestión ambiental es guiar y ayudar a las personas, ya sean padres, familias o estudiantes, a desarrollar y a alcanzar su autorrealización personal en el proceso de gestión del medio ambiente basado en diligencias conducentes al manejo integral del sistema ambiental, descubriendo sus posibilidades, capacidades, así como las herramientas para tomar sus propias decisiones de manera acertada, en aras de minimizar los riesgos e impactos adversos que puedan afectar el medio ambiente.</p>
			<p>La gestión ambiental constituye el conjunto de actividades, mecanismos, acciones e instrumentos, dirigidos a garantizar la administración y uso racional de los recursos naturales mediante la conservación, mejoramiento, rehabilitación y monitoreo del medio ambiente y el control de la actividad del hombre en esta esfera, conscientes del papel que le corresponde a las instituciones educativas, específicamente a la universidad, con el propósito de formar profesionales comprometidos que respondan a las exigencias del desarrollo sostenible.</p>
			<p>Para dinamizar el proceso de orientación hacia la gestión ambiental, se ofrecen niveles de ayuda que orientan el proceder didáctico metodológico de los profesores de la carrera Licenciatura en Cultura Física en la gestión ambiental, como salida a la Estrategia Curricular Educativa de Medio Ambiente durante la realización de la clase.</p>
			<p>Con ello se enriquece la preparación como elemento decisivo en todo proceso, ya que comprende todas las actividades programadas, colectivas e individuales, donde el docente adquiere los elementos necesarios para desarrollar su trabajo, encaminadas a perfeccionar experiencias de avanzada junto a los logros de la ciencia y la técnica. </p>
			<p>Los niveles de ayuda se erigen hacia el mejoramiento individual y profesional y pueden desarrollarse en la formación continua, lo que posibilita un mejor tratamiento a la estrategia curricular de medio ambiente, que debe abordar los contenidos ambientales en vínculo con los instrumentos de gestión ambiental, como respuesta a la política ambiental cubana, que se ejecuta mediante los instrumentos de gestión ambiental. Ellos son:</p>
			<p>
				<list list-type="bullet">
					<list-item>
						<p>La Estrategia Ambiental Nacional, el Programa Nacional de Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo y los demás programas, planes y proyectos de desarrollo económico y social.</p>
					</list-item>

					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>La investigación científica y la innovación tecnológica.</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>Con los niveles de ayuda hacia la gestión ambiental se contribuye a orientar y a direccionar el vínculo de los contenidos ambientales de las disciplinas con los instrumentos de la gestión ambiental, desde un enfoque integrador y con una perspectiva sociocultural, vivencial y contextual. Se establece una estrecha relación de la teoría de la gestión ambiental con la práctica sociocultural, vivencial y contextual. </p>
					</list-item>
				</list>
			</p>
			<p>Con lo anterior se favorece la preparación de los profesores, para la creación de un ambiente propicio de gestión ambiental, en el alcance de un objetivo común, de manera sistematizada, intencional y consciente. Así los niveles de ayuda, como vía didáctica para la dinámica de la gestión ambiental en la carrera Licenciatura en Cultura Física, coadyuva al razonamiento lógico y a la toma de decisiones en el ejercicio de la profesión; de ahí la vinculación de la teoría de la Educación ambiental con la práctica de la gestión, en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.</p>
			<p>Lo expresado se manifiesta en la <xref ref-type="fig" rid="f1">figura 1</xref> que a continuación se presenta. </p>

			</p>
			<p>Para la implementación de los niveles de ayuda resulta importante iniciar la clase con un breve comentario de la clase anterior, desarrollar la orientación hacia el objetivo, la generalización y sistematización de los conocimientos con el objetivo de garantizar la asimilación sólida de los contenidos, el desarrollo de las habilidades y hábitos de los estudiantes y concluir con el control como elemento esencial del proceso de la enseñanza que garantiza la supervisión del aprovechamiento del estudiante, mediante esta actividad se comprueban los resultados de la clase sobre la base de las exigencias planteadas en el plan de enseñanza.</p>
			<p>En la orientación hacia la gestión ambiental el profesor, a partir de los niveles de ayuda, integra contenidos ambientales en estrecha relación con los instrumentos de gestión ambiental, se apropia de procederes didácticos y metodológicos que favorecen la toma de decisiones de los estudiantes, en el proceso de gestión ambiental.</p>
			<p>Corresponde al profesor de la carrera de Cultura Física en su carácter de mediador, aplicar niveles de ayuda como opciones estimulantes que favorezcan el pensamiento reflexivo basado en vivencias afectivas y acciones cognitivas que conduzcan a la expresión de juicios y valoraciones científicas y objetivas relacionadas con sus intereses y necesidades. Así en la orientación hacia la gestión ambiental se deben ofrecer niveles de ayuda en tres momentos fundamentales:</p>
			<p>1. Antes de la clase. Ocurre todo un proceso de planeación en aras de orientar al estudiante en la búsqueda de informaciones previas sobre la Gestión ambiental que le serán de gran ayuda para debatir sobre el tema. En este nivel de ayuda a partir del programa de estudio el profesor busca y estudia las fuentes documentales (Programas de la educación que atiende, las herramientas metodológicas que le permitan orientar, organizar y controlar el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, así como los instrumentos de la Gestión ambiental y sus objetivos).</p>
			<p>Partiendo de las fuentes estudiadas, diagnostica las necesidades de preparación, planifica el contenido y desarrolla la estrategia curricular de aprendizaje integrada a los contenidos del programa y el tiempo disponible para dentro de la clase orientar y darle tratamiento a la Gestión ambiental.</p>
			<p>De igual forma diseña los objetivos direccionándolos hacia la gestión ambiental, planifica las actividades y tareas para el logro de los objetivos con distintos grado de dificultad teniendo en cuenta las posibilidades desiguales de los estudiantes y, selecciona los medios a utilizar durante la clase en correspondencia con el contenido, así como las recomendaciones metodológicas que le ayudarán al estudiante a resolver las indicaciones del profesor. </p>
			<p>2. Durante la clase. Ocurre todo un proceso de comunicación, introducción y orientación del contenido, donde el profesor tendrá que introducir diferentes formas de proceder a través de métodos como la utilización de situaciones problémicas, preguntas y tareas, la elaboración conjunta, explotando las técnicas participativas, tales como: lluvia de ideas, completamiento de frases y la dinámica grupal, entre otras.</p>
			<p>La presentación de conceptos tiene un momento de inicio con el propósito de que los estudiantes concentren su atención en el contenido de la orientación que están recibiendo; para orientar, el profesor debe partir de lo conocido y apoyarse en contenidos y habilidades ya logradas. Incentivar el desarrollo de investigaciones que aborden sobre la gestión ambiental y su incidencia en el deporte y no se debe finalizar el proceso de orientación sin antes comprobar que los objetivos fueron cumplidos.</p>
			<p>3. Después de la clase. Ocurre todo un proceso de supervisión posterior a la clase del contenido orientado. Se deben considerar estrategias cognitivas para supervisar los resultados del proceso. Lo que implica hacer resúmenes; formular y responder preguntas y realizar investigaciones. </p>
			<p>En este nivel de ayuda se debe comprobar si se lograron los objetivos propuestos, si la forma en que organizo la clase contribuyo a que todos los estudiantes participaran activamente en el proceso de asimilación del contenido, revisando siempre ¿Que aporto la clase a la formación de hábitos, normas de conducta y convicciones ideológicas? ¿Los estudiantes consolidaron los resultados del aprendizaje? ¿Se utilizó el control y la evaluación de forma continua y como medio de estímulo? Estas interrogantes le permitirán al profesor evaluar el resultado de lo orientado.</p>
			<p>Ejemplo: Tomando como base el programa de la asignatura Morfología Funcional y conociendo que esta abre el ciclo biológico y sienta las bases para el estudio del organismo humano, en interacción con el medio que lo rodea; el profesor puede insertar la estrategia curricular de medio ambiente en el Tema I: </p>
			<p>Introducción al estudio del organismo humano, cuyo objetivo es relacionar la estructura y función de los órganos principales de cada sistema teniendo en cuenta el funcionamiento del organismo como un todo autorregulado, en estrecha relación con su medio ambiente y los cambios bioadaptativos que se producen como resultado de la realización de actividades físicas.</p>
			<p>¿Cómo hacerlo? Al describir cada sistema de órganos el profesor inserta a partir de los instrumentos de la Gestión ambiental y el contenido de la clase las preguntas, previamente planificadas antes de la clase: </p>
			<p>¿Qué se entiende como medio que lo rodea?</p>
			<p>¿Qué se entiende por medio ambiente?</p>
			<p>¿Cuáles elementos del medio que lo rodea pueden afectar determinado sistema de órgano del ser humano?</p>
			<p>¿Qué podemos hacer para minimizar estas afectaciones?</p>
			<p>¿Cómo realizamos una adecuada gestión ambiental?</p>
			<p>Estas preguntas facilitarán a los estudiantes llegar a deducciones sobre el tema y a partir de la elaboración conjunta, conformar conceptos.</p>
			<p>El profesor puede plantear una situación problémica para incentivar el debate por los estudiantes y a partir de las diferentes intervenciones organizar equipos y orientar la investigación, es importante que el profesor logre la participación de todos los estudiantes, a partir de las características individuales de cada uno, Se debe explotar todas las potencialidades de los estudiantes de modo que le interese el tema que estamos trabajando:</p>
			<p>- Si algún estudiante dibuja, utilizarlo en la confección de láminas donde se pueda ilustrar vivencias del medio donde vive o trabaja e interpretarla en el grupo.</p>
			<p>- Los estudiantes más aventajados podemos utilizarlo en la investigación científica sobre el ordenamiento ambiental, la educación ambiental y otros temas para determinar las principales insuficiencias tanto en la Facultad de Cultura Física como en las comunidades. Y así vamos orientando y dando tratamiento a la gestión ambiental.</p>
			<p>Una vez aplicados los niveles de ayuda para la gestión ambiental en la preparación metodológica de los profesores, fueron observadas 10 actividades docentes cuyo objetivo consistía en: constatar el nivel de preparación de los profesores en la aplicación esos niveles de ayuda en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Licenciatura en Cultura Física. Los resultados se expresaron en los estudiantes de la siguiente manera:</p>
			<p>El 95% de los estudiantes se concientizaron con la importancia que reviste el cuidado y protección del medio ambiente para el desarrollo sostenible. Ello quedó demostrado en el ejercicio de su práctica laboral. </p>
			<p>El 98% de los estudiantes conocen como aplicar los instrumentos de la gestión ambiental en su futura labor profesional.</p>
			<p>El 96% de los estudiantes no solo pudo determinar las debilidades que mellan el desarrollo del proceso de gestión ambiental, si no que pudo darle salida desde la práctica deportiva.</p>
			<p>El 97,5% de los estudiantes se familiarizaron y aplicaron en su radio de acción las diferentes teorías que rigen la agestión ambiental.</p>
			<p>El 95,6% de los estudiantes pudieron aplicar en diferentes comunidades los indicadores que miden el proceso de gestión ambiental. Lo que permitió obtener información, y proponer acciones concretas para el desarrollo de dicho proceso en las comunidades donde se desempeñan.</p>
			<p>El 98% de los estudiantes se apropiaron de conocimientos sobre los documentos normativos que rigen el proceso de gestión ambiental. Ello favoreció su preparación individual y colectiva para su aplicación en la práctica profesional.</p>
			<p>El 100% de los estudiantes pudieron establecer una mayor vinculación con las actividades planificadas para el desarrollo de la tarea vida.</p>
			<p>De manera general se puede afirmar que los niveles de ayuda hacia la gestión ambiental contribuyen al perfeccionamiento del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y a la preparación de los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Cultura Física para la gestión ambiental en el futuro desempeño profesional.</p>
		</sec>
		<sec sec-type="conclusions">
			<title>Conclusiones</title>
			<p>La aplicación de los niveles de ayuda hacia la gestión ambiental beneficia la creación de un ambiente contextualizado en el proceso de gestión a favor del medio ambiente, a través del intercambio de vivencias y experiencias culturales. Así se contribuye al razonamiento lógico y al perfeccionamiento de los estudiantes en la gestión ambiental, por su carácter vivencial y contextual.</p>
			<p>La implementación de los niveles de ayuda permite el desarrollo de las habilidades de gestión ambiental en los estudiantes para el futuro desempeño en la práctica social. Con ello se corrobora su valor pedagógico y se perfecciona la atención a las diferencias profesionales como condición ético-profesional que expresa una transformación, que favorece la cualidad humanista e implica el respeto profundo al hombre, a partir de una postura didáctica humanista y sociocultural ante el medio ambiente.</p>

				<title>Introduction</title>
				<p>At present, there is a growing concern for the conservation of the environment, which is why several authors have made incursions into topics related to environmental problems, among which are the works of <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B10">Valdés (1995</xref>); <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">Novo (1996</xref>); <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B5">McPherson (2004</xref>); <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B2">Bosque (2005</xref>); <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B6">Merino (2007</xref>) and others.</p>
				<p>Because of the importance of environmental management, it constitutes one of the topics that requires research due to the need to protect the environment in its application of the Cuban environmental policy established through a multidisciplinary approach, taking into account the cultural heritage, accumulated experience and citizen participation.</p>
				<p>Authors such as <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B8">Roberts and Robinson (1999</xref>); <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B9">Rodríguez (2000</xref>); <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B4">García (2008</xref>) and <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">Bolsan and Pol (2009</xref>) consider it as the set of activities, mechanisms, actions and instruments aimed at guaranteeing the administration and rational use of natural resources through the conservation, improvement, control and monitoring of human activity.</p>
				<p>In order to achieve the above, there is an urgent need to qualitatively raise the preparation of teachers at the levels of assistance, because didactic aids constitute strategic actions that make possible the improvement of teaching practice, through the use of the educational potential of the content of classes for the teaching-learning process of environmental management, so as to contribute to the decision making of students in the solution of environmental problems in their social practice.</p>
				<p>In correspondence with the previous ideas, the objective is to offer levels of support for environmental management in the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Culture, so as to favor the didactic-methodological preparation of teachers for the achievement of this objective.</p>

				<title>Development</title>
				<p>In the development of the research, theoretical methods were applied, such as the historical-logical, in the study of the orientation towards environmental management, as well as in the systematization of the theoretical references related to the investigated problem; the analytical-synthetic in the process of bibliographical revision with the objective of analyzing and extracting, in a synthetic way, the theoretical foundations to take into account in the didactic orientation for the levels of assistance in the process of environmental management of the Physical Culture degree course.</p>
				<p>The modeling facilitated the preparation of the Manual towards the orientation of environmental management, for its application in the Physical Culture career.</p>
				<p>Orientation towards environmental management</p>
				<p>Didactic guidance is defined by <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Cisneros (2005</xref>) as:</p>
				<disp-quote>
					<p>Process and category of language didactics. He argues that it is a process concomitant to professional training, not only because of its relationship, but also because of its intention. It is structured with aids that constitute its center, a procedure of intervention and the form of teaching with formative intentions, between the latter a relationship is enhanced (p. 43).</p>
				</disp-quote>
				<p>According to the aforementioned author, in the field of training, it is understood as -pedagogical-instructive representation, carrier of a philosophical and psychological paradigm, which embraces the trainer and the trainee in a humanistic didactic posture, in which it means, from the levels of practical-cognitive, practical-valuative and practical-transformative aids. In this order, the aids, which constitute its center, establish relationships with other components used with formative intentions and which are proposed in the structure of the didactic orientation.</p>
				<p>In this research, we consider the levels of aids proposed by <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Cisneros (2005</xref>), which: &quot;(...) constitute didactic aids based on analysis techniques, a didactic complex and a system of didactic orientation with a professional perspective&quot; (p. 43).</p>
				<p>They are contextualized in correspondence with the didactic and methodological requirements of the preparation of teachers for environmental management in the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Culture. They depend on the situations of help differentiated in the orientations, as a systematic and dynamic process of stimulation of the personalized learning of teachers, in which the needs of help are discovered and recognized, which the teacher requires at a given moment, so that he/she can successfully carry out environmental management.</p>
				<p>The purpose of the orientation towards environmental management is to guide and help people, whether they are parents, families or students, to develop and achieve their personal self-realization in the process of environmental management based on procedures leading to the integral management of the environmental system, discovering their possibilities, capacities, as well as the tools to make their own decisions in a correct way, in order to minimize the risks and adverse impacts that may affect the environment.</p>
				<p>Environmental management constitutes the set of activities, mechanisms, actions and instruments aimed at guaranteeing the administration and rational use of natural resources through the conservation, improvement, rehabilitation and monitoring of the environment and the control of human activity in this sphere, aware of the role that corresponds to educational institutions, specifically the university, with the purpose of training committed professionals who respond to the demands of sustainable development.</p>
				<p>In order to dynamize the process of orientation towards environmental management, levels of help are offered to guide the didactic-methodological procedure of the teachers of the Physical Culture Degree course in environmental management, as a way out of the Curricular Educational Strategy of Environment during the class.</p>
				<p>This enriches the preparation as a decisive element in every process, since it includes all the programmed activities, collective and individual, where the teacher acquires the necessary elements to develop his work, aimed at perfecting advanced experiences together with the achievements of science and technique.</p>
				<p>The levels of help are erected towards individual and professional improvement and can be developed in continuous training, which makes possible a better treatment to the environmental curricular strategy, which should address environmental contents in link with the environmental management instruments, as a response to the Cuban environmental policy, which is executed through the environmental management instruments. They are:</p>
				<p>
					<list list-type="bullet">
						<list-item>
							<p>The National Environmental Strategy, the National Program of Environment and Development and the other programs, plans and projects of economic and social development.</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Law No. 81 of 1997 of the Environment, its complementary legislation and other legal regulations destined to protect the environment, including the technical norms in the matter of environmental protection.</p>

							<p>The environmental ordinance.</p>

						<list-item>
							<p>Environmental education.</p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>Scientific research and technological innovation </p>
						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>With the levels of assistance towards environmental management, it contributes to orient and direct the link of the environmental contents of the disciplines with the instruments of environmental management, from an integrating approach and with a sociocultural, experiential and contextual perspective. A close relationship is established between the theory of environmental management and the sociocultural, experiential and contextual practice.</p>
						</list-item>
					</list>
				</p>
				<p>The above favors the preparation of teachers for the creation of an environment conducive to environmental management, in the achievement of a common goal, in a systematized, intentional and conscious manner. Thus, the levels of support, as a didactic way for the dynamics of environmental management in the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Culture, contributes to logical reasoning and decision making in the exercise of the profession; hence the link between the theory of environmental education and the practice of management in the teaching-learning process.</p>
				<p>This is shown in <xref ref-type="fig" rid="f2">figure 1</xref> below.</p>

				<p>The implementation of the levels of support for environmental management must take into account the characteristics of each program:</p>

						<list-item>
							<p>Formative level: the work objectives respond to the level of application and creation.</p>
						</list-item>
					</list>
				</p>
				<p>It is also considered necessary to ensure the observance of:</p>

						</list-item>
						<list-item>
							<p>The methodological scientific work.</p>
						</list-item>
					</list>
				</p>
				<p>For the implementation of the levels of assistance it is important to start the class with a brief commentary on the previous class, develop the orientation towards the objective, the generalization and systematization of knowledge with the objective of guaranteeing the solid assimilation of the contents, the development of the students' skills and habits and conclude with the control as an essential element of the teaching process that guarantees the supervision of the student's achievement, through this activity the results of the class are checked on the basis of the requirements set forth in the teaching plan.</p>
				<p>In the orientation towards environmental management, the teacher, starting from the levels of assistance, integrates environmental contents in close relation with the instruments of environmental management, appropriates didactic and methodological procedures that favor the students' decision making, in the process of environmental management.</p>
				<p>It is up to the Physical Culture teacher, as a mediator, to apply levels of help as stimulating options that favor reflective thinking based on affective experiences and cognitive actions that lead to the expression of scientific and objective judgments and evaluations related to their interests and needs. Thus, in the orientation towards environmental management, levels of help should be offered at three fundamental moments:</p>
				<p>1. Before the class. A whole planning process takes place in order to guide the student in the search for previous information on environmental management that will be of great help to discuss the subject. In this level of help, starting from the study program, the teacher searches and studies the documentary sources (programs of the education he/she attends, the methodological tools that allow him/her to guide, organize and control the teaching and learning process, as well as the instruments of environmental management and its objectives).</p>
				<p>Based on the sources studied, diagnoses the preparation needs, plans the content and develops the curricular learning strategy integrated to the contents of the program and the time available to guide and treat Environmental Management within the class.</p>
				<p>In the same way, it designs the objectives directing them towards environmental management, plans the activities and tasks for the achievement of the objectives with different degrees of difficulty taking into account the unequal possibilities of the students and, selects the means to be used during the class in correspondence with the content, as well as the methodological recommendations that will help the student to solve the teacher's indications.. </p>
				<p>2. During the class. There is a whole process of communication, introduction and orientation of the content, where the teacher will have to introduce different ways of proceeding through methods such as the use of problematic situations, questions and tasks, joint elaboration, exploiting participatory techniques, such as brainstorming, sentence completion and group dynamics, among others.</p>
				<p>The presentation of concepts has a starting point so that students focus their attention on the content of the orientation they are receiving; in order to orient; the teacher must start from what is known and rely on content and skills already achieved. Encourage the development of research on environmental management and its impact on sports, and the orientation process should not end without first verifying that the objectives have been met.</p>
				<p>3. After the class. A whole process of post-class supervision of the oriented content takes place. Cognitive strategies should be considered to monitor the results of the process. This involves summarizing; asking and answering questions and conducting research.</p>
				<p>At this level of assistance, it should be checked if the proposed objectives were achieved, if the way the class was organized contributed to the active participation of all students in the process of assimilation of the content, always checking What did the class contribute to the formation of habits, standards of conduct and ideological convictions? Did the students consolidate the learning results? Was the control and evaluation used continuously and as a means of encouragement? These questions will allow the teacher to evaluate the results of what has been oriented.</p>
				<p>Example: Based on the syllabus of the subject Functional Morphology and knowing that it opens the biological cycle and lays the foundations for the study of the human organism in interaction with the surrounding environment, the teacher can insert the curricular strategy of the environment in Topic I. Introduction to the study of the human organism:</p>
				<p>Introduction to the study of the human organism, whose objective is to relate the structure and function of the main organs of each system taking into account the functioning of the organism as a self-regulating whole, in close relationship with its environment and the bioadaptive changes that occur as a result of the performance of physical activities.</p>
				<p>How to do it? When describing each organ system, the teacher inserts, based on the instruments of environmental management and the content of the class, the questions previously planned before the class:</p>
				<p>What is understood as the surrounding environment?</p>
				<p>What is understood by environment?</p>
				<p>Which elements of the surrounding environment can affect a certain organ system of the human being?</p>
				<p>What can we do to minimize these effects?</p>
				<p>How do we carry out an adequate environmental management?</p>
				<p>These questions will facilitate the students to arrive at deductions on the subject and from the joint elaboration, to form concepts.</p>
				<p>The teacher can pose a problematic situation to encourage discussion by the students and from the different interventions organize teams and guide the research, it is important that the teacher achieves the participation of all students, based on the individual characteristics of each one:</p>
				<p>- If a student draws, use it in the making of illustrations where he/she can illustrate experiences of the environment where he/she lives or works and interpret it in the group.</p>
				<p>- The more advanced students can use it in scientific research on environmental management, environmental education and other topics to determine the main deficiencies both in the Faculty of Physical Culture and in the communities. And in this way we are orienting and giving treatment to environmental management.</p>
				<p>Once the levels of help for environmental management were applied in the methodological preparation of teachers, 10 teaching activities were observed with the objective of: verifying the level of preparation of teachers in the application of these levels of help in the teaching-learning process of the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Culture. The results were expressed in the students as follows:</p>
				<p>95% of the students became aware of the importance of caring for and protecting the environment for sustainable development. This was demonstrated in the exercise of their work practice.</p>
				<p>98% of the students know how to apply the instruments of environmental management in their future professional work.</p>
				<p>96% of the students were not only able to determine the weaknesses that hamper the development of the environmental management process, but were also able to find a way out of it through their sports practice.</p>
				<p>97.5% of the students became familiar with and applied the different theories governing environmental management in their sphere of action.</p>
				<p>95.6% of the students were able to apply the indicators that measure the environmental management process in different communities. This made it possible to obtain information and propose concrete actions for the development of this process in the communities where they work.</p>
				<p>98% of the students acquired knowledge of the normative documents that govern the environmental management process. This favored their individual and collective preparation for their application in professional practice.</p>
				<p>100% of the students were able to establish a better link with the activities planned for the development of the life task.</p>
				<p>In general, it can be affirmed that the levels of support for environmental management contribute to the improvement of the teaching-learning process and to the preparation of students of the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Culture for environmental management in their future professional performance.</p>
			</sec>
			<sec sec-type="conclusions">
				<title>Conclusions</title>
				<p>The application of the levels of assistance to environmental management benefits the creation of a contextualized environment in the process of environmental management, through the exchange of experiences and cultural experiences. This contributes to the logical reasoning and the improvement of students in environmental management, due to its experiential and contextual character.</p>
				<p>The implementation of the levels of assistance allows the development of environmental management skills in students for future performance in social practice. This corroborates its pedagogical value and perfects the attention to professional differences as an ethical-professional condition that expresses a transformation, which favors the humanistic quality and implies a deep respect for man, from a humanistic and sociocultural didactic posture towards the environment.</p>
