				<title>RESUMEN</title>
				<p>La investigación en coronel Portillo, Ucayali, examinó cómo la Cámara Gesell afecta la protección del interés superior del niño en procesos judiciales. Con un enfoque cuantitativo y diseño pre-experimental, se observaron 128 menores. Los resultados indicaron que el uso eficaz de la Cámara Gesell tiene una influencia positiva y significativa en la aplicación del interés superior del niño, reduciendo la revictimización y mejorando la calidad del proceso judicial.</p>

			<title>Introducción</title>
			<p>En la región de Ucayali no existen mecanismos que garanticen la protección de los menores, a excepción de los casos que son denunciados y son investigados por las fiscalías y sancionados por los jueces, decisiones producto de procesos en las cuales la victima principal no es escuchada, en las que muchas veces se obvia la participación de la menor o del menor por muchos factores, en algunos casos la desidia de los operadores de justicia, en otros el tiempo o la falta de un espacio adecuado como la cámara Gesell. </p>
			<p>Respecto a los antecedentes internacionales, <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Barrios (2020</xref>) en la investigación: Abuso sexual en niños y niñas: Una propuesta para el análisis comunicacional de los testimonios de la Universidad Nacional de Jujuy Argentina Concluyo que: para la cámara y para este sistema, el hecho empírico se convierte en el eje narrativo de cualquier relato enunciado allí. </p>
			<p>Por su parte, <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">Torrecuadrada (2016</xref>) en la tesis El interés superior del niño. Anuario mexicano de derecho internacional de la Universidad Autónoma de México. Concluyo que: los principales responsables del interés superior del menor son los padres y que los jueces que deciden en conflictos que pueden afectar de algún modo a los menores, o el Poder Legislativo si es que se trata de adoptar normas que tengan real o potencialmente dentro de su alcance a los menores de edad. <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B2">Arráez (2022</xref>), en su estudio: El uso de cámaras Gesell con niños: derechos humanos y victimización secundaria de la Universidad de Catalunya España.</p>
			<p>La concepción actual de la infancia debe incorporar al menor como sujeto agente, capaz de tomar decisiones y, sobre todo, titular de derechos cuya vulneración, en procesos judiciales, contribuye a la victimización secundaria. <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B8">Pinedo (2021</xref>) investigó sobre Problemas en la aplicación de la entrevista única en Cámara Gesell para víctimas de violencia sexual de la Universidad Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. </p>
			<p>Concluyo que el servicio de Entrevista Única en Cámara Gesell presenta problemas operativos que genera el retraso en la toma de declaración de la víctima, lo que puede derivar en el abandono de la denuncia, ausencia de la víctima en la diligencia, cambios en el testimonio, predisposición negativa para declarar u olvido de datos importantes para la investigación.</p>
			<p>Respecto a los antecedentes nacionales, <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">Antezano (2021</xref>) en su investigación: La cámara Gesell como medio de prueba en el ordenamiento procesal peruano de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos Lima Concluyo que: El medio de prueba denominado cámara Gesell debe ser pericia científica en la que participan más de dos profesiones, el de asistencia social encargado del reporte, y el examen a cargo de dos psicólogos cognitivos que realizan la entrevista y elaboran las conclusiones. </p>
			<p>Concluyo que el delito contra la libertad sexual se ha convertido en un peligro eminente hacia la población vulnerable de menores de edad, que se encuentran en formación de su personalidad, afectando la autonomía en el desarrollo sexual; caracterizándose como un delito eminentemente doloso, el sujeto activo actúa con conocimiento y voluntad de la prohibición penal del acceso carnal con menores de edad.</p>
			<p>Con respecto a las bases teóricas de la variable independiente: Cámara Gesell: La cámara Gesell como un sistema de video de conferencia que permite la comunicación bidireccional y simultánea de la imagen y el sonido y la interacción visual, auditiva y verbal entre personas, asegurando la posibilidad de contradicción de las partes y el respeto a los derechos de defensa (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">Antezano 2021</xref>, p.322). </p>
			<p>Está conformada por dos habitaciones con una pared divisoria, en la que hay un vidrio de gran tamaño (espejo de visión unidireccional) que permite ver desde una de las habitaciones (Sala de Observación) lo que ocurre en la otra (Sala de Entrevista), donde se realizan entrevistas a la niña, niño o adolescente. Ambas salas están acondicionadas con equipos de audio y de video para la grabación de las diferentes acciones. Con respecto a la variable dependiente: El interés superior del niño: Es un conjunto de acciones y procesos tendentes a garantizar un desarrollo integral y una vida digna, así como las condiciones materiales y afectivas que permitan vivir plenamente y alcanzar el máximo de bienestar posible a las y los menores. (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B6">Cear, 2022</xref>).</p>
			<p> Con respecto a sus dimensiones la Ley N°30466 Aplicación del interés superior del niño, afirma lo siguiente: primera dimensión: La opinión de la niña, niño o adolescente: La niña, niño o adolescente participa en la determinación de su interés superior cuando se le escucha y se concede a su opinión la importancia que merece de acuerdo con su edad y madurez, sin discriminación alguna. <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B4">Congreso de la República del Perú. (2016</xref>)</p>
			<p>La madurez es la capacidad de una niña, niño o adolescente para expresar sus opiniones sobre las cuestiones que le afecten de forma razonable e independiente. segunda dimensión Identidad de la niña, niño o adolescente: Al evaluar el interés superior del niño, las autoridades y responsables de las entidades públicas y privadas respetan el derecho a la identidad de la niña, niño y adolescente, abarcando características como nombre, fecha de nacimiento, lengua materna, origen, familia biológica, identidad étnico cultural, pertenencia a un pueblo indígena u originario, sexo, género, edad, idioma, religión, nacionalidad, opinión política, contexto social o económico, centro de vida, discapacidad o cualquier otra condición de la niña, niño, adolescente o de su madre, padre, familiares o representantes legales. Tercera dimensión: Preservación del entorno familiar y mantenimiento de las relaciones. La familia es la institución fundamental de la sociedad y el medio idóneo para el crecimiento y el bienestar de sus miembros, en particular de las niñas, niños y adolescentes. </p>
			<p>Las familias tienen la responsabilidad de generar un entorno que garantice su desarrollo integral y el ejercicio efectivo de sus derechos; y es deber del Estado brindar asistencia necesaria en el desempeño de sus funciones. Cuarta dimensión: Cuidado, protección, desarrollo y seguridad de la niña, niño o adolescente Las autoridades y responsables de las entidades públicas y privadas garantizan el bienestar de la niña, niño o adolescente. El bienestar abarca sus necesidades materiales, físicas, educativas y emocionales, así como su necesidad de afecto y seguridad, que garantice su desarrollo integral.</p>
		</sec>
		<sec sec-type="results">
			<title>Desarrollo</title>
			<p>El diseño de la investigación fue preexperimental, de tipo cuantitativo, prospectivo, preexperimental y transversal. </p>
			<p>Es cuantitativo porque la variable dependiente fue factible de cuantificarse y medirse; prospectivo porque se midió a la variable dependiente: guía de observación de la aplicación del interés superior del niño, después de determinar el diseño de estudio.</p>
			<p>Es preexperimental porque se aplicó el pre y post test para medir la variable aplicación del interés superior del niño, niña y adolescente y el experimento la efectividad de la cámara Gesell a un solo grupo de estudio. </p>
			<p>Es transversal porque se realizó en un solo periodo.</p>

			<p>Como se puede observar en la <xref ref-type="table" rid="t1">tabla 1</xref>, los resultados descriptivos de la variable aplicación del interés superior del niño antes de la diligencia de la eficaz aplicación de la cámara Gesell, cuya variable dependiente fue analizada en sus cuatro dimensiones: en la primera dimensión: opinión de la niña, niño y adolescente de 128 participantes, en el 96% no se aplica el interés superior del niño, mientras que un 5% si garantiza el interés superior del niño. Con respecto a la segunda dimensión: identidad del niño, niña o adolescente, el 96% no aplica el interés superior del adolescente, mientras que el 4% si lo realiza.</p>
			<p>Con respecto a la dimensión: preservación del entorno familiar y mantenimiento de las relaciones, el 96% no aplica el interés superior del menor, mientras un 4% si lo realiza; Finalmente con respecto a la última dimensión: cuidado protección desarrollo y seguridad de la niña, niño o adolescente, el 92% no aplica el interés superior, mientras un 8% si aplica el interés superior del menor.</p>
			<p>En síntesis, se garantizan el interés superior del niño antes de la aplicación de la eficacia de la cámara Gesell en un 5%.</p>

			<p>Como se puede observar en la <xref ref-type="table" rid="t2">Tabla 2</xref>, los resultados descriptivos del postest de la variable aplicación del interés superior del niño antes de la aplicación de la eficaz aplicación de la cámara Gesell, cuya variable dependiente fue analizada en sus cuatro dimensiones: en la primera dimensión: opinión de la niña, niño y adolescente de 128 participantes, en el 96% no se aplica el interés superior del niño, mientras que un 5% si garantiza el interés superior del niño.</p>
			<p>Con respecto a la segunda dimensión: identidad del niño, niña o adolescente, el 96% no aplica el interés superior del adolescente, mientras que el 4% si lo realiza. </p>
			<p>En relación con la dimensión: preservación del entorno familiar y mantenimiento de las relaciones, el 96% no aplica el interés superior del menor, mientras un 4% si lo realiza.</p>
			<p>Finalmente con respecto a la última dimensión: cuidado protección desarrollo y seguridad de la niña, niño o adolescente, el 92% no aplica el interés superior, mientras un 8% si aplica el interés superior del menor. En síntesis, se garantizan el interés superior del niño antes de la aplicación de la eficacia de la cámara Gesell en un 5%.</p>
			<p>Para la contrastación de la hipótesis, se propuso en el objetivo general, establecer la influencia de la cámara Gesell en los elementos y aplicación del interés superior del niño en la provincia de coronel Portillo, Ucayali, se hizo una comparación de actitudes de cumplimiento en dos momentos al inicio antes de la aplicación de la efectividad de la cámara Gesell para el fortalecimiento del interés superior del niño después del tratamiento de este. </p>
			<p>Los datos fueron dicotómicos, se aplicó una prueba no paramétrica el estadístico rango de T de Wilcoxon que permitió analizar si el uso correcto de la cámara Gesell tiene efectos en el interés superior del niño o no, es decir determinar el efecto causal de la variable independiente.</p>
			<p>La hipótesis general de la investigación fue planteada: La efectividad de la cámara Gesell influye positiva y significativamente en los elementos y aplicación del interés superior del niño en la provincia de coronel Portillo, Ucayali. </p>
			<p>Primero: hipótesis estadística.</p>
			<p>Ho: La efectividad de la cámara Gesell no influye positiva significativamente en los elementos y aplicación del interés superior del niño en la provincia de coronel Portillo, Ucayali, 2022.</p>
			<p>Ha: La efectividad de la cámara Gesell influye positiva y significativamente en los elementos y aplicación del interés superior del niño en la provincia de coronel Portillo, Ucayali, 2022.</p>
			<p>Segundo: nivel de significancia, se estableció como límite de probabilidad de error de equivocarnos al afirmar la decisión de la contrastación de hipótesis; como Alfa medio = (5%) /2= 0,025.</p>
			<p>Tercero: Prueba estadística. </p>
			<p>La variable de estudio de aplicación del interés superior del niño, niña y adolescente corresponde a la variable dicotómica, para contrastar se aplicó el estadístico T de Wilcoxon (<xref ref-type="table" rid="t3">Tabla 3</xref>) usando el programa Microsoft Excel y el programa SPSS versión 27.</p>

			<p>Cuarto: probabilidad exacta (p-valor)</p>
			<p>De acuerdo con la información, para el grupo preexperimental, se observó que la significación Sig. (Bilateral) fue igual 0,000, valor inferior al nivel de significación propuesto (α/2 = 0,025), es decir: 0,000 &lt; 0,025 esta proposición es verdadera por lo que se decidió rechazar la hipótesis nula y aceptar la hipótesis alterna.</p>
			<p>Quinto: toma de decisión.</p>
			<p>Según el paso cuarto se afirmó con 95% de nivel de confianza bilateral, hay diferencia significativa entre las actitudes de la aplicación del interés superior del niño antes de la aplicación de la efectividad de la cámara Gesell respecto al segundo momento de salida después de la aplicación del aplicativo. </p>
			<p>En consecuencia, se afirmó con 0,025 de probabilidad de equivocación, que la efectividad de la cámara Gesell influye significativamente en la Aplicación del interés superior del niño en la provincia de coronel Portillo, Ucayali.</p>
			<p>El objetivo general fue establecer la influencia de la cámara Gesell en los elementos y aplicación del interés superior del niño en la provincia de coronel Portillo, Ucayali. En ese sentido se demostró la hipótesis que la efectividad de la cámara Gesell influye positiva y significativamente en los elementos y aplicación del interés superior del niño en la provincia de coronel Portillo, Ucayali.</p>
			<p>Los resultados del pretest sobre los elementos y aplicación del interés superior delo niño es decir antes de la aplicación de la efectividad de la cámara Gesell para garantizar el interés superior del niño, en sus cuatro dimensiones, siendo que en la primera dimensión: opinión de la niña, niño y adolescente de 128 participantes, en el 96% no aplicó el interés superior del niño, mientras que un 5% si garantiza el interés superior del niño. Con respecto a la segunda dimensión: identidad del niño, niña o adolescente, el 96% no aplicó el interés superior del adolescente, mientras que el 4% si lo realiza. Con respecto a la dimensión: preservación del entorno familiar y mantenimiento de las relaciones, el 96% no aplicó el interés superior del menor, mientras un 4% si lo realiza.</p>
			<p>Con respecto a la última dimensión: cuidado protección desarrollo y seguridad de la niña, niño o adolescente, el 92% no aplicó el interés superior, mientras un 8% si aplica el interés superior del menor. </p>
			<p>En resumen, se garantizan el interés superior del niño antes de la aplicación de la eficacia de la cámara Gesell en un 5%. </p>
			<p>Los resultados del post test sobre los elementos y aplicación del interés superior del niño es decir después de la aplicación de la efectividad de la cámara Gesell para garantizar el interés superior del niño, en sus cuatro dimensiones siendo que la primera dimensión: opinión de la niña, niño y adolescente de 128 participantes, el 93% sí aplicó el interés superior del niño, mientras que un 7% no aplicó. Con respecto a la segunda dimensión: identidad del niño, niña o adolescente, el 96% si aplicó el interés superior de los niños, mientras que el 4% no sucedió lo mismo. </p>
			<p>Con respecto a la tercera dimensión: preservación del entorno familiar y mantenimiento de las relaciones, el 96% si aplicó el interés superior del menor, mientras un 4%, no lo realiza. </p>
			<p>En relación con la última dimensión: cuidado protección desarrollo y seguridad de la niña, niño o adolescente, el 92% si aplicó el interés superior, mientras un 8% no aplicó el interés superior del menor. En síntesis, se garantizan el interés superior del niño antes de la aplicación de la eficacia de la cámara Gesell en un 95%. </p>
			<p>Los resultados coinciden con dichos resultados coinciden con los expuestos por Barriós (2020) en la que hace referencia que la cámara es una de las alternativas de las que los gestores de justicia.</p>
			<p>Sin embargo, la <bold>Entrevista Única</bold> no debería ser la única alternativa, porque siempre habrá vicios o vacíos, como información que el menor no pueda revelarlos por lo mismo que son malas experiencias o puede estar sujeto a amenazas las mismas que hace que el menor contradiga constantemente su testimonio, de allí que resulta insuficiente para la emisión de una sentencia o archivamiento.</p>
			<p>Por otra parte, la poca experiencia con respeto a la protección de los menores es insuficiente para encontrar mecanismos coherentes y oportunos para agilizar los procesos, los vicios seguirán existiendo mientras la población adulta siga indiferente y no vea la menor como sujeto de derecho o al que le asiste el interés superior. </p>
			<p>Por su parte, <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B5">Espinoza et al (2021</xref>); <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">Torrecuadrada (2016</xref>) refirió que los padres son los primeros responsables de proteger la integridad de sus hijos por lo que en el núcleo familiar el menor debería sentirse seguro.</p>
			<p>No obstante, la realidad revela que es en el hogar donde los menores experimentan violencia y luego se extiende hacia el entorno social, de igual forma frente a un abuso, maltrato u otro síntoma de violencia son los padres los primeros en denunciar ante las respectivas autoridades al agresor, sin embargo en muchos casos son los primeros en proteger al victimario , ya sea por vergüenza e inauditos prejuicios, de allí que es en el hogar donde el menor no es tratado con respeto ni considerado como sujeto de derecho.</p>
			<p>Por lo antes descrito se pone en alerta que los padres y adultos en general no ven al menor como sujeto de derecho los menores, los adultos sienten que los menores son de su propiedad, por lo que es menester educar a los postulantes a padres y madres de familia a través de programas educativos en los cuales deben participar todas las instituciones posibles como el ministerio de salud, de justicia y educación.</p>
		</sec>
		<sec sec-type="conclusions">
			<title>Conclusiones</title>
			<p>La efectividad de la cámara Gesell influye positiva y significativamente: en los elementos y aplicación; en la participación y opinión; la salvaguarda de la identidad; en la preservación del entorno familiar y mantenimiento de las relaciones; en el cuidado, protección desarrollo y seguridad del interés superior del niño, niña y adolescente en la provincia de coronel Portillo, Ucayali.</p>

			<abstract>
				<title>ABSTRACT</title>
				<p>Research in Coronel Portillo, Ucayali, examined how the Gesell Chamber affects the protection of children's best interests in judicial processes. With a quantitative approach and pre-experimental design, 128 minors were observed. The results indicated that the effective use of the Gesell Chamber has a positive and significant influence on the application of the best interests of the child, reducing revictimization and improving the quality of the judicial process.</p>

				<title>Introduction</title>
				<p>In the Ucayali region there are no mechanisms that guarantee the protection of minors, except for the cases that are denounced and investigated by the prosecutors and sanctioned by the judges, decisions that are the result of processes in which the main victim is not heard, in which the participation of the minor is often ignored due to many factors, in some cases the apathy of the justice operators, in others the time or the lack of an adequate space such as the Gesell chamber. </p>
				<p>Regarding the international background, <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Barrios (2020</xref>) in the research: Sexual abuse in children: A proposal for the communicational analysis of the testimonies of the National University of Jujuy Argentina concluded that: for the camera and for this system, the empirical fact becomes the narrative axis of any story told there. </p>
				<p>For his part, <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">Torrecuadrada (2016</xref>) in the thesis <sup>¨</sup>The best interest of the child<sup>¨</sup>. Mexican Yearbook of International Law of the Autonomous University of Mexico. I conclude that: the main responsible for the best interests of the minor are the parents and that the judges who decide in conflicts that may affect minors in some way, or the Legislative Power if it is a matter of adopting rules that have actually or potentially within their scope to minors. <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B2">Arráez (2022</xref>), in his study: The use of Gesell cameras with children: human rights and high school victimization from the University of Catalunya Spain.</p>
				<p>The current conception of childhood should incorporate the minor as an agent subject, capable of making decisions and, above all, holder of rights whose violation, in judicial processes, contributes to secondary victimization. <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B8">Pinedo (2021</xref>) researched on Problems in the application of the unique Gesell Chamber interview for victims of sexual violence at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.</p>
				<p>The conclusion is that the Single Gesell Chamber Interview service presents operational problems that lead to delays in taking the victim's statement, which can result in the abandonment of the complaint, absence of the victim from the procedure, changes in the testimony, negative predisposition to testify or forgetfulness of important data for the investigation.</p>
				<p>Regarding national antecedents, <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">Antezano (2021</xref>) in his research: The Gesell camera as a means of evidence in the Peruvian procedural system at the National University of San Marcos Lima concluded that: The means of evidence called Gesell chamber must be scientific expertise in which more than two professions participate, the social assistance in charge of the report, and the examination in charge of two cognitive psychologists who conduct the interview and elaborate the conclusions. </p>
				<p>Therefore, I conclude that the crime against sexual freedom has become an eminent danger to the vulnerable population of minors, who are in the formation of their personality, affecting the autonomy in sexual development; being characterized as an eminently fraudulent crime, the active subject acts with knowledge and will of the criminal prohibition of carnal access with minors. </p>
				<p>Regarding the theoretical bases of the independent variable: Gesell Camera: The Gesell camera as a video conference system that allows bidirectional and simultaneous communication of image and sound and visual, auditory and verbal interaction between people, ensuring the possibility of contradiction of the parties and respect for the rights of defense (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">Antezano 2021</xref>, p.322).</p>
				<p>It consists of two rooms with a dividing wall, in which there is a large glass (one-way mirror) that allows to see from one of the rooms (Observation Room) what is happening in the other (Interview Room), where interviews are conducted with the child or adolescent. Both rooms are equipped with audio and video equipment for recording the different actions. Regarding the dependent variable: The best interest of the child: is a set of actions and processes aimed at guaranteeing a comprehensive development and a dignified life, as well as the material and affective conditions that allow minors to live fully and achieve the maximum possible welfare (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B6">Cear, 2022</xref>).</p>
				<p> Regarding its dimensions, Law No. 30466 Application of the best interests of the child, states the following: first dimension: The opinion of the child or adolescent: The child or adolescent participates in the determination of his/her best interests when he/she is heard and his/her opinion is given the importance it deserves in accordance with his/her age and maturity, without any discrimination whatsoever. <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B4">Congreso de la República del Perú. (2016</xref>) </p>
				<p>Maturity is the capacity of a child or adolescent to express his or her views on matters affecting him or her in a reasonable and independent manner. second dimension Identity of the child or adolescent: When assessing the best interests of the child, the authorities and those responsible for public and private entities respect the right to identity of the child, covering characteristics such as name, date of birth, mother tongue, origin, biological family, ethno-cultural identity, belonging to an indigenous or native people, sex, gender, age, language, religion, nationality, political opinion, social or economic context, center of life, disability or any other condition of the child or his or her mother, father, relatives or legal representatives. Third dimension: Preservation of the family environment and maintenance of relationships. The family is the fundamental institution of society and the ideal environment for the growth and well-being of its members, particularly children and adolescents. </p>
				<p>Families have the responsibility to generate an environment that guarantees their integral development and the effective exercise of their rights; and it is the duty of the State to provide the necessary assistance in the performance of its functions. Fourth dimension: Care, protection, development and security of the child or adolescent The authorities and those responsible for public and private entities guarantee the welfare of the child or adolescent. Welfare encompasses their material, physical, educational and emotional needs, as well as their need for affection and security, to ensure their comprehensive development.</p>
			</sec>
			<sec sec-type="results">
				<title>Development</title>
				<p>The research design was pre-experimental, quantitative, prospective, pre-experimental and cross-sectional. </p>
				<p>It is quantitative because the dependent variable was feasible to quantify and measure; prospective because the dependent variable was measured: observation guide of the application of the best interests of the child, after determining the study design.</p>
				<p>It is pre-experimental because the pre- and post-test to measure the variable application of the best interests of the child and the experiment on the effectiveness of the Gesell chamber were applied to a single study group. </p>
				<p>It is cross-sectional because it was carried out in a single period.</p>

				<p>As can be seen in <xref ref-type="table" rid="t4">Table 1</xref>, the descriptive results of the variable application of the best interests of the child before the diligence of the effective application of the Gesell chamber, whose dependent variable was analyzed in its four dimensions: in the first dimension: opinion of the child and adolescent out of 128 participants, 96% do not apply the best interests of the child, while 5% guarantee the best interests of the child. With respect to the second dimension: identity of the child or adolescent, 96% do not apply the best interests of the adolescent, while 4% do.</p>
				<p>With respect to the dimension: preservation of the family environment and maintenance of relationships, 96% do not apply the best interests of the child, while 4% do; finally, with respect to the last dimension: care, protection, development and safety of the child or adolescent, 92% do not apply the best interests of the child, while 8% do apply the best interests of the child.</p>
				<p>In summary, the best interests of the child are guaranteed before the application of the effectiveness of the Gesell chamber in 5%.</p>

				<p>In order to contrast the hypothesis, the general objective was to establish the influence of the Gesell chamber on the elements and application of the child's best interest in the province of Coronel Portillo, Ucayali, a comparison of compliance attitudes was made in two moments at the beginning before the application of the effectiveness of the Gesell chamber for the strengthening of the child's best interest after its treatment. </p>
				<p>The data were dichotomous, a non-parametric test was applied, the Wilcoxon's T rank statistic, which allowed analyzing whether the correct use of the Gesell chamber has effects on the child's best interest or not, that is, to determine the causal effect of the independent variable.</p>
				<p>The general hypothesis of the research was: The effectiveness of the Gesell chamber has a positive and significant influence on the elements and application of the best interest of the child in the province of Coronel Portillo, Ucayali.</p>
				<p>First: statistical hypothesis.</p>
				<p>Ho: The effectiveness of the Gesell chamber does not have a significant positive influence on the elements and application of the best interest of the child in the province of Coronel Portillo, Ucayali, 2022.</p>
				<p>Ha: The effectiveness of the Gesell chamber has a positive and significant influence on the elements and application of the best interest of the child in the province of Coronel Portillo, Ucayali, 2022.</p>
				<p>Second: significance level, it was established as the limit of error probability of being wrong when affirming the decision of the hypothesis testing; as mean Alpha = (5%) /2= 0.025.</p>
				<p>Third: Statistical test. </p>
				<p>The study variable of application of the best interests of the child corresponds to the dichotomous variable, and the Wilcoxon (<xref ref-type="table" rid="t6">Table 3</xref>) statistic was applied to contrast it using the Microsoft Excel program and SPSS version 27.</p>

				<p>Fourth: exact probability (p-value)</p>
				<p>According to the information, for the pre-experimental group, it was observed that the significance Sig. (Bilateral) was equal to 0.000, a value lower than the proposed significance level (α/2 = 0.025), i.e.: 0.000 &lt; 0.025 this proposition is true so it was decided to reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis.</p>
				<p>Fifth: decision making.</p>
				<p>According to the fourth step it was affirmed with 95% of bilateral confidence level, there is significant difference between the attitudes of the application of the best interest of the child before the application of the effectiveness of the Gesell camera with respect to the second moment of exit after the application of the applicative.</p>
				<p>Consequently, it was affirmed with 0.025 probability of error, that the effectiveness of the Gesell camera significantly influences the application of the best interest of the child in the province of Coronel Portillo, Ucayali.</p>
				<p>The general objective was to establish the influence of the Gesell camera on the elements and application of the best interest of the child in the province of Coronel Portillo, Ucayali. In this sense, the hypothesis that the effectiveness of the Gesell chamber has a positive and significant influence on the elements and application of the best interest of the child in the province of Coronel Portillo, Ucayali, was demonstrated.</p>
				<p>The results of the pretest on the elements and application of the best interest of the child, that is to say, before the application of the effectiveness of the Gesell Chamber to guarantee the best interest of the child, in its four dimensions, being that in the first dimension: opinion of the child and adolescent out of 128 participants, 96% did not apply the best interest of the child, while 5% did guarantee the best interest of the child. With respect to the second dimension: identity of the child or adolescent, 96% did not apply the best interests of the adolescent, while 4% did. With respect to the dimension: preservation of the family environment and maintenance of relationships, 96% did not apply the best interests of the child, while 4% did.</p>

				<p>The results of the post-test on the elements and application of the best interest of the child, that is to say, after the application of the effectiveness of the Gesell camera to guarantee the best interest of the child, in its four dimensions: the first dimension: opinion of the child or adolescent out of 128 participants, 93% did apply the best interest of the child, while 7% did not apply it. Regarding the second dimension: identity of the child or adolescent, 96% did apply the best interests of the child, while 4% did not. </p>
				<p>Regarding the third dimension: preservation of the family environment and maintenance of relationships, 96% did apply the best interests of the child, while 4% did not. </p>
				<p>Regarding the last dimension: care, protection, development and safety of the child or adolescent, 92% did apply the best interests of the child, while 8% did not apply the best interests of the child. In summary, the best interests of the child are guaranteed before the application of the effectiveness of the Gesell chamber in 95% of the cases.</p>
				<p>The results coincide with the results presented by Barriós (2020) in which he refers to the camera as one of the alternatives that justice administrators use.</p>
				<p>However, the Single Interview should not be the only alternative, because there will always be flaws or gaps, such as information that the minor cannot disclose because of bad experiences or may be subject to threats that make the minor constantly contradict his testimony, hence it is insufficient for the issuance of a sentence or filing.</p>
				<p>On the other hand, the little experience with respect to the protection of minors is insufficient to find coherent and timely mechanisms to expedite the processes, the vices will continue to exist as long as the adult population remains indifferent and does not see the minor as a subject of law or in the best interest of the child. </p>
				<p>For their part, <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B5">Espinoza et al (2021</xref>); <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">Torrecuadrada (2016</xref>) referred that parents are the first responsible for protecting the integrity of their children so that in the family nucleus the minor should feel safe.</p>
				<p>However, reality reveals that it is at home where children experience violence and then it spreads to the social environment, likewise, when faced with abuse, mistreatment or other symptoms of violence, parents are the first to report the aggressor to the respective authorities, however, in many cases they are the first to protect the perpetrator, either because of shame and unheard of prejudices, hence it is at home where the child is not treated with respect or considered as a subject of rights.</p>
				<p>For this reason, it is necessary to educate the parents and adults in general do not see the minor as a subject of rights, adults feel that minors are their property, so it is necessary to educate the applicants to parents through educational programs in which all possible institutions such as the Ministry of Health, Justice and Education should participate.</p>

				<title>Conclusions</title>
				<p>The effectiveness of the Gesell Chamber has a positive and significant influence on the elements and application; on the participation and opinion; on the safeguarding of identity; on the preservation of the family environment and maintenance of relationships; on the care, protection, development and security of the best interest of the child and adolescent in the province of Coronel Portillo, Ucayali.</p>
